Clean comfortable room, but ours smelled of cigarette. Helpfull staff, free Washington machine, great breakfast. Convenaient location next to the nightmarket.

I will definitely not live again next time.
There was a palm-sized yellow mark on the bed sheet, the bedside phone didn't work at all, and I couldn't get through to the customer service. After going downstairs to communicate, I added money and changed to a deluxe room. After changing rooms, I found that the air conditioner could not be turned on because the control panel was on the 2.6-meter-high ceiling. I asked the cleaning sister on the floor to check it out. Bath towels have been used from pure white to off-white. Even if the door of the shower room is closed tightly, water will leak to the ground outside. After leaving Hotan, the customer service took the initiative to contact them and ask them to give them a good review😓!
