房間衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，房間有暖氣，設備齊全，附近美食多，而且不吵鬧，適合外出旅遊出差的人居住。

房間設施比較老舊，衹有一部電梯。早上遇見團隊離店，毫不誇張的説等了有十幾分鍾，大家都提着行李，根本上不去。搞衞生的大姐不會説普通話，交流費勁。前台的維族小姑娘特別熱情，很暖心。不過在和田，這個價格還是很親民的，床品都是乾淨的，這點很滿意。早餐拌菜可口，品種有四五種。

酒店環境不錯，有接送機服務。前台小姐姐服務態度好。提供免費早餐，有饅頭、花捲、包子等。還有各種各樣的小鹹菜。

前台熱情，有免費的早餐和飲用水，房間比較乾淨，地理位置比較方便。
一間房內掛衣服架子衹有兩個，太少。下午進屋洗澡暫時沒有熱水，沒法洗澡。衞生間洗浴池下面管子老化出現漏水，導致地面滑，晚上1點鐘突然停電，電力設施不穩定。

房間不錯，便宜實惠，同價位的住的最舒服。空間還可以的，還是雙床房，床硬一些，沒有大坑，早上起來不會腰疼。
