The room was old but large and bed comfortable. Bathroom was old but water was hot. Breakfast was substantial and food value.
Receptionist who checked me in on Oct 4 evening and Oct 7 noon was pleasant and competent. The other staff I encountered were sullen and unhelpful.

地理位置非常好，就在市中心團結廣場旁邊，離和田老夜市也近，座車購物都很方便，周邊吃飯的地方也多，房間內乾淨衞生，明亮寬敞，設施用品齊全可用，淋浴熱水大，就是洗澡間隔擋底部台設定有些高了，光腳進去洗澡出入容易碰腳，這點可以做出改動或者張貼提示標語告知客人注意，總體來説酒店還是很不錯的，價格也很經濟實惠，前台服務態度也很熱情，個人推薦首選入住，值得信賴

酒店位置可以，在市中心五四廣場附近，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，停車方便，就在酒店門口，唯一缺憾，早餐要單買，不知何故，明明是酒店餐廳，挺奇葩的。

和田玉都大酒店前台服務員態度一般。還要收按金。三星級不知怎麼掛的？！管理差！服務員門也不敲就直接刷卡開門進房！
房間的衞生差！衞生間馬桶臟！若不是累了（又要退按金折騰）肯定是不會住的！！！
酒店設施很舊，而且破爛不堪！停車位少不方便。房間燈光昏暗。
出遊以來最差的酒店！但不是最便宜的！不推薦！
酒店環境差！不隔音！各種聲音令人厭惡！

服務態度特別的差，説退房時間過了一個小時要扣半天房費，但是沒有人通知我退房時間到了，下來退房的時候前台的女人和另一個男人態度惡劣，還侮辱我，最後全額退了我的按金條，但是態度特別不好看，要讓前台女孩道歉

酒店太老化了，早上沒有熱水，而且沒有壓力，房間異味兒很大，吧枱服務很差，很安靜（因為整個樓沒有幾個入住的）反正很後悔，這是三星級招待所，建議不要去了，後面是垃圾場，停車場的門禁聲音很大，無法睡覺，無語了。
