老闆應該是以前開網吧的，沒有酒店管理的經驗，衞生和管理一塌糊塗。入住的第一天就被前台加微信要求給好評，兩人間礦泉水衹有兩瓶，多要收費，鍵盤倒過來磕一下全是零食碎屑喝煙灰，鍵盤帽上面也都是泥，後面兩天打掃衞生也是，從來沒擦過鍵盤，而且舊的拖鞋和牙刷收走了不放新的，打掃衞生時間不固定，我説晚一點服務員説晚點下班了，然後就自己刷卡進來了，我當時都震驚了。然後就是每天一點半都會敲門按門鈴問你退房還是續住，那你們當時留電話幹什麼？反正讓人吐槽的點很多，希望老闆可以加強管理。

設施：酒店電腦配置真的很高，打遊戲流暢不卡頓，智能馬桶，自動沖水，座椅加熱
衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈，還有刮鬍刀
環境：房間隔音很好，而且離和田地區博物館衹有幾十米的路程，1.5公里到老夜市，400米大型商超，飯店
服務：前台美女説話很温柔，效率快
