Very Good! The staff very polite and helpful. The pool very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms so comfortable and the attractions was amazing. AC is worked very good. Only coffee machine was broken, and staff is changed it and give us for our request teapot!

My Husband and I stayed another night and also booked one more night . This place is so amazing and very clean. The maintenance guys are very fast. Are a/c went out and told them that morning and they got it fixed. The security guards here are so nice and on top of there game.. very safe here cause of them. The housekeepers are also good at there job. Very friendly and very fast in bring what you need for your next stay over even if it's something you need when you check in. I Love this place and we will be back and we will be bring are kids on are next trip back to Florida. I give them a 10. We will be back. I recommend this place.. The location is really good. It only takes about 10-15 minutes to Disney land and springs. Service was good too. The room is little small but good to stay

I was a bit concerned with construction still going on in the hotel when booking, however it did NOT affect our stay, at all. Noise is very minor, pool is huge, so you are able to stay away from it PLUS you are also able to use the pool at the sister Ritz property which is a 5 minute walk. The construction is supposed to be finished in November 🤞 Now more details about the hotel overall: ROOMS Beautiful and freshly renovated. We had a balcony and it was nice to step out to it to enjoy beautiful view of the lakes and for a breath of fresh air HOUSEKEEPING Excellent. Meticulously clean, turndown service perfect, no questions :) One thing to make it even better would be to put slippers in the room - I am pretty sure we could get them upon request though. BREAKFAST Excellent selection, with fresh omelette, fresh squeezed juice station where you can make your own juice, pancakes prepared to order, variety of fruit - very good! Price: $25 for continental only, $35 for full selection. As Ambassador members we got Continental breakfast complimentary with an option to upgrade to full bar for $7. This is fine, but if I were the manager I would make it fully complimentary to people staying at Marriott properties for 100+ night per year … SPECIAL SHOUT OUT AND THANK YOU TO KARIMA who took excellent care of us and provided warm and personalized service during both days we visited Citron for breakfast. SPA/GYM Shared space with ritz carlton, beautiful; as part of your resort fee package you get to visit their classes - they have yoga, stretching etc. However keep in mind that those are only available on certain days of the week :) It would be nice to have some alternative for off days, I would love to go to one of the classes but both my days fell on off days unfortunately. You can also get bikes for 1 hour per day for free. SPA area has their own pool and hot tub which are basically empty because you need to have a spa appointment in order to use them. SHUTTLES TO DISNEY are available but you need to book them 24 hours in advance, we missed that part and had to Uber 😅 POOL SERVICE was pretty good across JW and Ritz, with plentiful chairs, towels and friendly staff to assist to your wishes :) GABRIEL at JW pool provided great service and was very nice - thank you Gabriel! Stayed here again and really like the top floor of this hotel. We booked 6 months in advance direct with the hotel for 15 nights and got a long term room rate. we have stayed before as i said so no surprises expected. Day of arrival: Arrived late and expected top floor with city view King Bed. (Which we booked and paid for). We would have liked park view but we where turned down a few times by phone before we arrived. We where told once we gave the name that we had a hi room not top floor as they where ”first come first served”. i said we had booked a top floor king room to which the lady behind the counter said there was a ”first come first served” policy again! My wife was not happy as we had booked and paid for this direct and had an email to prove the fact and was about to lose all reason, Then a lady called Jess stepped in to sort the situation out. Jess did a bit of running around the building and came back with the room we requested, if management are reading this Jess sorted this out very quickly and very professionally give the Lady a raise. The room 2110 had great views of some of the parks in the distance, disney / epcot / volcano bay, fire works every night at 10pm. Also a great place to watch the evening storms come in. Fridge and microwave, water comp, tea and coffee faculties also. Very clean, i credit this to our room service Lady Cathrine who was very attentive to our needs over the two weeks. Again this lady deserves a raise. The pool bar Its fine, they dont bother pouring your drink if you buy for instance a coors light, it comes in a can and unless you as for it you usually dont get a plastic cup with it. (Strange) no table service in the pool area. there food consists of Pizza (no bad to be fair) nachos, turkey sub etc, staff seem more interested in watching the NFL on the 3 screens than attending customers, not a great place to relax after a long day in the parks. needs a little push. Very clean area. Small bug bears: One chair in the room and one office chair, if you want to relax in the room you have to use these two seats, i did ask the front desk early on for a second chair for the room but they said there is only one chair per room. funny like i said we have stayed here previously and the rooms did come with two chairs and a coffee table. the man behind reception said he would look into getting another one but never bothered to come back to us. some of the staff behind the reception are pure cannon fodder and some do excel at the job they have been given. The area Universal has opened up there two hotels across the road which is a welcome sight after they shut down wet and wild a few years ago. The area between kirkman and the Mcdonalds further down the road has really suffered with covid, lot of places shut down and others wanting for staff. the usual food and shops available locally, Red lobster, KFC, applebees, dennys, subway, and other junk food out lets to destroy your digestive sys

It's close to two outlets (walking distance). There are some restaurants nearby. I tried Texas de Brazil at night. It's good. The hotel is new and clean. It's equipped with a kitchenette. Induction cooker, cutlery, mixing bowls, microwave oven, etc., those basic cooking tools are present. You can do some basic cooking there. I enjoyed my stay.

The family and I planned to visit Universal Studios/Islands of Adventures for the long President's weekend (February 19-21, 2022). Prior to our trip, we researched and booked the Castle Hotel due to its reviews and close location to the parks. The bonus part was all the restaurants within walking distance. I had the pleasure of speaking with the Director of Front Office, Mr. Carlos Rosario prior to our arrival. I first want to start off by saying that the customer service is top notch at the hotel. It starts with Carlos being very helpful with my reservation and needs. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and it sure was! The President's weekend was packed with visitors due to the long weekend and several sport activities going on in the area. Once we arrived in Orlando, we went straight to the parks, I connected with Carlos to advise him we would be a late check-in, he assured us no problem. We arrived at the hotel around 10pm, i walked up to the front desk and was assisted by a wonderful agent who was very welcoming. I provided my name and right next to her was Mr. Carlos Rosario who welcomed me as well with a great smile!! Although he was very busy due to the traffic within the lobby, he took the time to welcome me and my family and assisted me with my room keys and explanation of the hotel. This type of service goes a long way. He mentioned he would be at the front desk all weekend and If I needed anything to just let him know. We went up to our room, opened the door and it was perfect! Clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and so was the pullout sofa. The following day we took off to the parks again, (great location to the parks as I mentioned). We arrived back to the hotel around 6pm and I had the pleasure of meeting the front desk agent, Ariel. She was so friendly and helpful with a few requests I needed. Even the morning that we were checking out, I stopped by the restaurant to get Starbucks and the staff there were friendly and always smiling. You truly sense the above and beyond feel at this hotel. I plan on returning and recommending this hotel to friends and families. What a great experience staying at this hotel. Kudos to Carlos and his Rockstar Team!

With all the great Marriott options in the Disney area, this one certainly punches above it weight. The building has a great look both inside and out (love the huge atrium in the center of the building). The locations is convenient to Disney, Universal, I Drive, and obviously Sea World. You do have to pay resorts fees and for parking, but that's no different than any other resort property in the area. Plus, if you take advantage of the shuttle service to the park, the resort fee pays for itself. We've stayed here twice in the last 2 months and all of the employees have been polite and helpful. The rooms are excellent, exactly what you would expect from a Renaissance level property, and have the amenities that you would expect. Pool area is nice and the pool bar meets expectations. What sets this place apart is the lobby bar and the breakfast buffet. The lobby bar sits in the middle of the atrium, so its got a great vibe. Drink prices are what you'd expect, but if you're a high medallion member (got titanium this year), they give you 2 beer/wine vouchers per visit. The breakfast buffet is EXCELLENT, and again if you're medallion (not sure which level the cutoff is at) it's free. We usually never opt in for the free breakfast, but we always get this buffet when we stay here. All the selections including an omelet station. Anna always takes care of us at breakfast. She even remembered us from our previous stay a month prior which really impressed me and my fiancée. She's so polite and helpful and her personality and smile start your day on the right note. If you're looking for a resort feel for your Orlando trip but don't want to shell out JW or Ritz prices, this is where you want to go! Top marks all around!

Come and rush to forget to take pictures and see the text. The overall environment of the hotel is good, consistent with the picture, the living is very comfortable, more suitable for self-driving, the hotel is relatively small, but the room is large and clean. Opposite the hotel is a lake with a nice view. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool, which is experienced, small and clean, and there are children to play there. The hotel has its own breakfast, and it seems that a few hotels are still very rich, you can make waffle. The hotel has its own washing machine dryer, which can be used for direct payment with a credit card, as well as washing powder. Free orange water and lollipops are available at the front desk. There is a mall near the hotel, the distance is very close, and it takes about 12 minutes to walk. The 711 walk takes about 15-20 minutes. This road is very desolate. It is not recommended to walk at night. We didn't drive, we went to the amusement park to be lyft, about 25 knives to Disney, and about 10 knives to the universal resort. One of the places to eat nearby is the restaurant and food court in the mall, or take a taxi to eat around. We stayed in a Chinese restaurant called u&me for three days, really delicious, about 8 knives, recommended Everyone goes, there is milk tea next to it. Overall, the price is good and the hotel is very new.

The Fairfield at Marriott Village is a great holiday. The location is so wonderful that regretfully, we did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities such as the pool etc. We did have breakfast daily, which had a good selection of hot items, breads and cereals. The Mickey Mouse pancakes were delicious. Our rooms were large and spacious, with great air conditioning, lovely hot showers and sufficient tv channels. The beds and rooms were very clean. It is very handy that there are washers and dryers and ice machines on every floor or every other floor. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the parks but we preferred to drive to be able to leave and return to the park, for necessary breaks in the height of the heat. Would happily stay there again. There are 2 other hotels on the property (Courtyard and Springhill). I imagine these are more upscale. I would have appreciated an offer to ”upgrade” at a nominal fee to experience.
