The hygiene is very good and the environment is quiet. There are many geckos and small frogs in the corridor, but there are no geckos indoors. Under the protection of geckos and small frogs, there were not many mosquitoes, and none of us were bitten. Small animals appear in the house every day, 😄. On the first day, it was a little golden tree frog, and on the second day, it was a cute little sparrow (it must have stayed with us for a night, and I heard the flapping of its wings in the morning. found).
For hotel breakfast, you can order pasta, noodle soup, coffee and other foods from the menu. I didn’t see it on the golf course, so I don’t know where it is hidden. The gym is available and the kids go there every day. The swimming pool is not too big, suitable for guests who are not good at swimming.
The hotel's tuk-tuk bus is free one way and costs US$3 for the return trip. Be sure to prepare extra US dollars in change in Siem Reap, everything is 1 yuan or 3 yuan. Bring visa or master card. Scan code payment is basically unavailable in China. Still a little behind.

Stepping into Shinta Mani Angkor after an early flight felt like a warm hug. Our room, ready ahead of time, was a cozy corner of comfort with a little balcony overlooking the serene pool – a perfect spot for morning coffee. The staff here have hospitality down to an art. A shoutout to the beef skewers at Baitong – so good we ordered them twice! General Manager Ewan's friendly table visits added a lovely personal touch to our meals. Our temple tour was a highlight – comfortable, informative, and punctuated with cold water and refreshing towels. Though our visit was Pchum Ben holiday so most of the shops were close, we had enjoyable time by the river, around the old town and lively Pub Street. In short, our stay was a delightful blend of comfort and genuine warmth. Shinta Mani Angkor is a memory we'll cherish.

We had a great time at the FCC. The open plan layout really feels like you are in the forest despite being next to the river in town and a short walk from the action of pub street. Rooms are well appointed, and staff are extremely welcoming with great English. The breakfasts are also fantastic - make sure to try some of the Asian options which are extra special. Double spa prices before using, maybe some confusion over inclusion of tax etc.

This image effectively captures the essence of not only the hotel but also the entire city and country. It exudes an overall dilapidated and below-average quality. Our stay at this hotel lasted for a month, costing around 650 euros, and although our sleep was satisfactory, there were numerous shortcomings. Despite actively searching for other hotels within the same price range, none of them were satisfactory. However, due to the comfortable sleep we experienced, we decided to stay. If we had come across a more respectable option, we would have immediately left. The advantages include a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night, as well as reasonably comfortable beds. Additionally, the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 nights - it started to feel like home. The room was a good size and clean. Just outside was the gorgeous pool. The grounds of this hotel are a leafy tropical garden. The location of the hotel is OK but it is perhaps 2kms to the tourist district - quite walkable but in the heat we took a tuk tuk to Pub Street which the hotel organised. There is a restaurant in the hotel with quite good food but obviously not the same atmosphere as the tourist district. There is a convenience store right next door and an ATM just down the street. The WiFi was OK but a bit patchy - sometimes we had to go to the bar to get a strong signal. Overall, a good experience.

I stayed at Central Residence Suites during the rainy season and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The pool and dining area are gorgeous and the overall feel is very relaxing, a great respite from the busy Pub Street it’s located by. This location also makes it extremely easy to get to most places one would consider going. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The waterfall shower had very good water pressure. The ac works well and it’s possible to keep the room quite cool. As mentioned above the staff were wonderful and kind. They are extremely helpful, and one could book almost any trip they want through them. They are kind and are invested in you having a pleasant experience here. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I recommend this for anyone looking to stay in Siem Reap.

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

GGuest UserMy first time to experience such a world class treatment from all the staff. I was picked up from the airport and offered me a cold towel and a cold drink. When i arrived at the hotel, i was greeted with a welcoming drink and another cold towel. The buffet breakfast were so superb. Every time i sat at the table, they would again gave me a cold towel. (Seriously, this hotel has tons of cold towels 😂). Every time i went to the pool, there was a hot tea and an unlimited banana chips being served immediately. My room was insanely beautiful. I was welcome with a personalised note in my bed, great view of the balcony and very chic bath tub. The room's interior design is also to die-for. 😍 To the staff, thank you guys for being so friendly, approachable and professional. Special mentions to the Supervisor who always greets me with a welcoming smile whenever he sees me (sorry i forgot your name sir). To Ms Chet, who gave me a tour. To the guy who gave me a scarf upon checkout( sorry i also forgot your name, too. ☹️). To Mr. Myr whose very approachable. To the girl who helped me take my pictures in the pool (sorry i forgot your name too) and to my driver Mr Moe. Thank you guys for making my stay a memorable one. Just a little thing to add, I’m just not used about the cleaning protocol. I was startled and woke up many times by the hotel cleaning staff by automatically opening my door and asked me if i want to clean the room even though i did not put a signage in front of my door or informing somebody. However, those are just small matter than can be fixed. Truthfully, i don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. I don’t mind staying here for a long time. ❤️❤️❤️

The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and the hygiene in every corner is well done. The breakfast tastes good. For a self who is very demanding on the hotel, give a full score to this stay. I feel very happy every day. The swimming pool has a salt water pool. Every Tuesday, there is a room party, which is only open to staying guests. Stayed in this hotel for 6 days. Reluctant to leave. If you come to Angkor next time, I will choose here again. Jasmine fried rice is especially recommended for breakfast. It is delicious. There is no orange juice on the menu, so the chef can squeeze it fresh~

what we loved:
1. free pick up from airport and you can also easily arrange a trip to the airport for USD44
2. free massage for 2 pax which was super relaxing
3. super clean and beautifully designed room
4. exceptional service from the staff
5. the overall design and layout of the hotel was very calming
6. they provide free tuktuk rides to the city, just have to pay USD3 if you want a ride back
only thing we did not like was that they only accepted NEW cash notes although everywhere else in Siem Reap accepted used notes. overall would definitely recommend.

Great location as far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the centre or use a tuk tuk. Great base for exploring Angkor Wat and many other beautiful temples. We had a guide as part of our package but you could go with a local tuk tuk driver. Food was excellent and the coffee was superb, nice and full of flavour. Would definitely recommend and would like to explore much more of Cambodia as it's such a fascinating country with lots of interesting history.

BBrooke and MichaelWhile staying at Metta residence my Husband enjoyed a nine night stay. The breakfast buffet was consistent each morning and lucky served us each day with a smile and fresh hot coffee. The rooms were clean daily and very spacious. The front desk was always hopeful. It was a bit moist at times. Tuk Tuk driver called Kimsun was extremely helpful and very generous, many evenings, he drove us around without asking for anything extra, which gave us a reason to provide him with a great tip. I do recommend this hotel for couples and families. The pool is beautiful and is in the sun until about 4 PM daily.

TThe ElliscopeFrom the moment i step into the elegant lobby, ive been greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel's luxurious accommodations boast modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, ensuring a restful stay after exploring the nearby Angkor temples.
One of the highlights of the hotel is its lush tropical garden and inviting swimming pool, perfect for unwinding under the Cambodian sun. The on-site restaurants serve up a delectable array of Khmer and international cuisine, satisfying even the most discerning palates.
Another thing is its proximity to nearby establishments like j7 angkor, made in cambodia market and the pub, plus convenience store/local supermarket and ATM are just walking distance from the hotel.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful experience staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I received a very friendly greeting from the hotel driver who picked me up from a rather delayed flight. Arriving at the facility I was promptly greeted at reception with a welcome drink and brought to my room. The room was quite large with balcony and giant bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station. It has a coffee bar for lattes and assorted beverages. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool in the center of the hotel. It has a tropical garden feel. There is a poolside cocktail bar where I enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail. Above all what makes the Bayon Residence special is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff members remembered and called me by name. They often checked in to see if anything was needed and were happy to organize tuk tuk rides, give local recommendations and meet any needs. The gardeners create a special oasis. The plantings are extensive and beautifully kept. I noticed maintenance staff preparing decorations for the upcoming Khmer New Year. The cleaning staff work meticulously and the dining staff served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed conversations with the front desk staff, bartender and marketing manager. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Cambodia.

GGuest UserIt was a stunning experience to enter and see everything for the first time. The lobby and rooms have wonderful interior design that's both spacious and cozy, and the exterior design with the swimming pool perfectly matches everything else. We were also greeted by friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with every part of our stay. The food was also filling and delicious.

KKOG108A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

What truly stood out was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The seamless blend of elegance and comfort created an inviting ambiance. The staff's dedication to ensuring a positive guest experience was evident throughout my stay.
Considering the superb service, luxurious accommodations, and excellent breakfast, I believe Mera Residence offers exceptional value for money. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.
