Find Puerto De La Cruz Hotels With Hot Tub

Spent a week here and loved it! I had read reviews before booking, and I can confirm this place is great. Every single member of the staff are really friendly and helpful l, always greeting you with a smile (well I think it was a smile - bit hard to tell with the masks). Our apartment was spotless (as was everywhere else), with really comfortable beds, lovely shower, good kitchenette facilities and plenty of channels in a variety of languages if you want to watch a bit of TV or listen to the radio when you're in. Good WiFi reception throughout. Great choice at breakfast, to cater for pretty much everyone, with staff that constantly refresh the buffet and keep the tables clean. The pool area is fantastic and so relaxed - it's like a little bit of paradise that catches the sun all day, with the pool surrounded by grass, trees and lots of colourful plants and flowers. There's plenty of places to eat and drink and shops nearby. The main town is about 15-20 minute downhill stroll, and the taxi back is only a few euro if you don't fancy the uphill walk. I did see 1 review saying that there was no security, and while I can't comment on that, there was security of a night-time during our stay (and we saw a guard checking our corridor 1 night. It has been 23 years since I was last in Tenerife (I lived and worked in las americas for many years), and I wasn't bothered about going back, because 'I've been there, done that', but Puerto de la Cruz is totally different to the south of the island, so I would totally recommend this hotel if you want to see a more relaxed side to Tenerife. Put it this way, I very rarely go to the same country/island more than once (let alone the same hotel), because there are so many places in the world that I want to see, but I have already booked up for September - admittedly, that's partly because the cable car at Teide was closed, and my partner was dying to go up there, but we still could have chose a different resort/hotel. If I did have to point a negative, it would be there wasn't any English tea at breakfast (being typical British🤣), but we just brought our own down, so not exactly a inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Plus there's plenty of choice of other teas, coffees etc.

Recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 nights (16th to 19th January) in a fabulous location overlooking the beach and surrounding area of Puerto de la Cruz. We booked a Superior Room with Sea View and were not disappointed. Fabulous views from our balcony. Very welcoming staff on Reception, beautiful well maintained grounds, beautiful roof top pool area with adjoining Restaurant. First class food great quality in Restaurant and buffet breakfast (absolutely everything you could ask for and so fresh) locally produced. Rooftop Restaurant for lunch was fabulous. Menus extensive and all cooked fresh. Restaurant Staff Exceptional, courteous and friendly. Plenty of room around the pool, and no-one getting up early to bag a bed. Top Class Hotel and Staff. Just one minor point to make and this is not a criticism, we would like tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It's just our personal preference to get up early in the morning and sit on the beautiful balcony watching the world go buy listening to the waves crash with a cup of tea or coffee before going down to the fabulous breakfast buffet. I have been to Puerto many times and always try new hotels hoping to find one that I love to keep returning too. Well I booked a standard room but as said in other peoples reviews they are a bit dated so I paid a little more and upgraded to a superior Teide view room and wasn't disappointed! Housekeeping worked tirelessly and on reception Soriah was very friendly and always willing to help! Once fully refurbished this will be a top hotel . Whilst there they was improvements being done to the roof terrace and that was looking very impressive.Location Is a big plus too. This is a very good hotel. Keep up the good work. I am returning to Puerto in October and have booked a superior Teide view room again!

The hotel is well located and the staff is very nice, good service at the bar-restaurant. Good cleanliness, the rooms are cleaned daily, the view of the sea and Puerto is quite nice. But some negative points, 1 elevator that worked out of the 3, I was on the 6th floor. The doors slam in the morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. and there is no way to sleep, you have to forget about lying in, the swimming pool is small but has the merit of existing.

Ok, I’ll begin with the positives, the rooms are clean and the pool area is very well maintained, and that’s about it… every morning from about 8 a queue starts to form for the 8:30 opening and ‘sunbed charge’ if you happen to wander out at 8:45 the beds are gone… now then, the food!!! Absolutely shocking, mostly cold and not enough of anything, most people were microwaving their plates once they had served it up, Tenerife North is not a patch on the South and I certainly won’t rush back, if I had read the reviews before I booked it I should of realised so many people couldn’t be wrong, and cancelled, the hotel is on a slope that should be called cardiac hill, with about 150 stairs to get back to should you venture down towards the beach…

Just been back again for the third year, and we’ll definitely be back next year. We love this hotel. Amazing value for money, great pool area and pool bar, we love the hot tubs. We’re always sad to say goodbye to the friendly lizards. The rooms are great, air conditioned, good soundproofing and black out blinds. All of the staff are great. We never want to go home on our last day.

Super comfortable hotel. nice people. WiFi is great, important for me because I have to work. I was in a single room. Clean simple and the very comfortable bedroom. It is not a 1-star hotel. I have been in 3-star hotels much worse.

The hotel is nice enough. The pool area and the recreational area could do with some updating. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The beds in the rooms were very comfy but the room itself is dated and there was a bad smell in the room which probably came from the bathroom as it did not have any natural ventilation. The location is perfect and i would come back if the hotel was updated. It is more akin to a 3 star hotel.
