Weekend trip with daughter. Great location. Nice view from unit and from the pool area. Unfortunately the oven did not work, and had gone to store for groceries planing to use a few times during our stay. Decor, appliances, and beds could use updating.

furniture and appliances are antiquated and in poor condition. Water pressure major issue so we left 1.5 days early due to not being able to shower, wash clothes or dishes. Stairway treacherous due to lack of lighting. Instead of replacing or fixing spa in bedroom they just turned it off.

Although we stayed during off season when the water is lower than preferred, the place itself was wonderful, I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are!! If we ever came back to Hot Springs again, we would definitely stay at Emerald Isle Resort.

Great place to stay. very clean and well equipped. the only issue was that the spa tub was able to have a bath, but the jets didn't work. I would definitely come back to this resort as it was very comfortable

Good location on lake. Minutes from town. Apartment style complex. Under new management. Partial week cleaning charge $115 vs published $100. Gated complex so make sure you have gate code prior to arrival.

We were really impressed with this older resort. It was very clean and the attention to detail in the condo was great. Since we were here off season you could tell that some of the seasonal amenities could be improved or updated.

Large with much potential if cared for and updated from 1980’s. Musty smell, extreme worn furniture, broken appliances, rusty and broken utensils . Stained ceilings. Had water dripping from kitchen ceiling and moved to an equally terrible unit. Sour towels. James at front desk was helpful and kind.

Great location great amenities for the winter months, has fire pit was wonderful. Staff was helpful when the hot water heater in the unit went out during the night they got us into another room immediately Vince I notified them what happened. Excellent customer service.

We enjoyed a 2 night stay in unit 5 D which was the lower level of the building. Our unit was comfortable and well supplied. The view of the lake was somewhat obstructed. We enjoyed the hot tub and infinity pool. The cleaning fee of $110 for our stay was rather steep. Other than that, it is a very nice place to go with a beautiful lake on site.
