Great and easy checkin. The cabin was clean and tidy and just 50 meters from kitchen and bathroom facilities. The hot pools were very hot indeed. The kitchen facilities were fine and offered everything needed for cooking and doing dishes. The cabin was rather warm at night (no aircon) and the beds a bit noisy. All in all a good, recommendable stay and good value for money.

The location is very central and convenient. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room has a comfortable bed and luxuriously roomy bathroom. We charged our electric car overnight in the hotel’s car park. Our family of three had a comfortable stay throughout. We would definitely book this place again.

Not great considering the cost to stay. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to turn up at the reception, and then we had to ask twice for assistance to check in.  Little to no hot water (tepid would be accurate) meant we had to walk out of the complex (with towels and toiletries) and down the main street and back into another room at the other end of the complex to take showers - both nights! Not at all pleasant as it was quite cold and very inconvenient.  And the spa didn’t work and was out of operation. Probably due to no hot water.  No lift meant lugging suitcases up a lot of stairs and no one to help.  Certainly wasn’t a great place to stay. Think we could have stayed somewhere better at half the price and less trouble.

The environment is really good, close to the lake, the accommodation is on the first floor, and the second floor is the restaurant and other public facilities. I like the breakfast room on the second floor, which is said to be the best in the town. But I can't praise the sincerity of the hotel's service. We arrived at night, and we were greeted by a Chinese who claimed to be borrowed from another hotel to work the night shift. I learned that the owner of the hotel is Chinese. There are several stores in the town, so it is understandable that the staff are shared. But the following few things are very strange and make people doubt whether this store has professionalism and evil intentions: First, we were arranged to stay in a room. After settling down, we checked the original order and found that it was inconsistent with the room type picture in the order. We found the receptionist and responded that it was a mistake because he was not familiar with it. He agreed to change it and showed enthusiasm to help move the luggage. We forgave him temporarily; After checking in, we found that there was a device failure and called the waiter again. He came to fix it himself. At this time, it was known that he was not a temporary help and was not unfamiliar with the situation in the store; At breakfast the next day, one of us went to breakfast first and found that there was only a small area with simple milk, cold bread and other foods. He asked the waiter (still the same person) why there were so few. He brought an English menu and said that there were freshly made dishes here, but they needed to be paid separately. When we came to eat, the waiter still swore that it only included a simple breakfast😰. It is not uncommon for breakfast restaurants to make breakfast according to customer needs. Our hotel room included breakfast fees, so how could it be just simple milk and bread? At this time, the waiter started to call someone, and a white woman came. After a few simple conversations, it was immediately OK. At the same time, it also reported to Ctrip, which booked the hotel. After verification, Ctrip apologized and comforted. A wonderful journey, beautiful scenery, and a beautiful breakfast were almost ruined by the waiter. The most ridiculous thing is that he swore that this is the case here, and a single order will be charged separately. After proving that he was wrong, he also added that the store where I work charges separately; Another detail that happened later proved his problem again: when we communicated with the white staff and got OK, she brought over a Chinese and English menu. Recalling that the Chinese waiter only handed over the English one. At this point, there is no doubt that it was intentional before. To put it nicely, it was done by the employees themselves. If they were caught, they would collect black money to make extra money, but there was obviously no price on the menu. Is this blind or low IQ? ! The waiter also introduced himself as working here after graduating from a graduate program in New Zealand. I suspect that the hotel owner instructed them to test the waters with Chinese guests. When someone raised a question, he said that the waiter was unfamiliar with the situation and made a mistake. If he got away with it, he would get away with it. If the waiter was really unfamiliar with the situation and made repeated mistakes, the hotel is also responsible. Since it is a hotel open to the public and the price is not cheap, shouldn't it be equipped with professional and well-educated waiters? Isn't it a serious discount on the service if someone who is not trained and unfamiliar with the situation comes? ! Fortunately, Ctrip is guaranteed. Afterwards, it has received a 300 yuan consolation payment. I hope that in the future, it will strengthen the review and supervision of this type of non-standard homestay hotel services to protect the interests of tourists, especially to avoid possible traps in overseas travel. I didn't expect that even today, I would still encounter traps set by Chinese people against Chinese people. I hope that I will not receive consolation money in the future. After all, it is more important to be happy when traveling. But thank you Ctrip for its quick response.

A very disappointing hotel. The price is very expensive compared to other local wines. The price-performance ratio is poor. But the location is excellent. Unfortunately, it did not make good use of the location. The most serious thing is that the hygiene is very poor and can even be bad. The overall service is basically good. It is really a pity for this hotel.

The resort is located on the shores of Lake Rotorua, and the lake views here are refreshing. In the early morning, you can enjoy the mist rising from the lake, and at dusk, the afterglow of the setting sun reflects on the water, and the scenery is breathtaking. This natural environment adds a lot of poetry to the entire stay experience.

In the trip to New Zealand that just ended, I had an extremely wonderful and unforgettable experience. From the carefully planned tour route, to the professional and responsible travel agency arrangements, to the wonderful explanations of the tour guides and the meticulous and careful service of the team leader Dai Jie, every link is perfect. The arrangement of the tour route is unique. Our itinerary covers many highlights of the North and South Islands of New Zealand, from the bustling city of Auckland on the North Island to the magical geothermal wonders of Rotorua; from the magnificent mountains and rivers of Queenstown on the South Island to the bright starry sky of Lake Tekapo. Whether it is natural scenery or cultural customs, we can enjoy them to our heart's content. The itinerary for each day is reasonable and compact, which will not make people feel hurried and tired, but also make full use of time and deeply experience the unique charm of each place. The travel agency's arrangements are very thoughtful. The accommodation options are even more intimate, from warm homestays to luxurious hotels, which can meet the needs of different tourists, and the superior geographical location makes it convenient for us to travel and rest. In terms of catering arrangements, not only can we taste the local specialties, but also fully consider the differences in tourists' tastes to ensure that everyone can eat to their satisfaction. The explanations by tour guide Jerry and team leader Dai Jie were a highlight of the trip. They are well-versed in New Zealand's history, culture, geography, etc. Every time they visit a scenic spot, they can give us a vivid, interesting and easy-to-understand explanation, which gives us a deeper understanding and knowledge of this beautiful country. Whether it is the mysterious legends of Maori culture or the ecological habits of the unique local animals and plants, they can all be told. The team leader's attentive service makes people feel warm. From patient communication and careful preparation before the trip to the care and concern for every tourist during the trip, he always accompanies us with enthusiasm and professionalism. Jay can solve any problems quickly and effectively, so that our trip has no worries. The happiest thing is that the team leader's photography buff is full. Take beautiful pictures and videos for everyone throughout the journey. Finally, make a travel Vlog for everyone. Be sure to add chicken legs. This trip to New Zealand has become a precious and beautiful memory in my life because of the excellent travel route arrangement and thoughtful team leader service. Amway recommends the Antelope Tribe to friends who want to explore New Zealand. I believe they will definitely bring you an equally wonderful journey!

This Motel should be run by Chinese people. The Chinese girl serving at the front desk is very nice. The room is large and the kitchen utensils are all available. It was convenient for us to drive 3 minutes to the supermarket to buy groceries. It was very close to every scenic spot. We stayed for two nights and felt like we were at home. It is highly recommended.

The hotel is very nice and I want to come to the second time. Location is close to the lake, downtown, shopping malls are very convenient to eat. The hotel is motel style and the car is conveniently located at the door. The facilities in the room are complete, the tableware is complete, and the stove is full of fire to make Chinese food. The bed is comfortable to sleep, moderately soft and hard. There is a heated swimming pool, and the water temperature is roughly 32 degrees in the summer at 28 degrees. The hot spring pool has a strong smell of sulfur, which is much more authentic than the hot springs in the country. It is just a simple environment, one pool and one room, two in total. The hotel rents bicycles for free and is also very good value. New Zealand bicycles are planned to have a dedicated road, which is another way to visit in addition to hiking. The hotel staff is very nice and welcoming. There are also some shortcomings. Because of the hot springs, the air has a sulphur smell. But it didn't take long to stay, but it was very comfortable to ask, which was good for rhinitis and pharyngitis. The room is a little smaller. There is only one window on the ground floor where we live. The ventilation is slightly worse. The actual stay for three days is not serious. It is still under the premise of cooking in the room. In short, the hotel feels the owner's intentions and intimacy everywhere, even if it is in the hotel, it will not be boring. I also forgot that one important thing is that TV provides Netfix, and foreign hotels that have lived in the past few years have not provided it for free. More than 700 prices are very good value.
