This is the 3rd time I have stayed here in this hotel. Every time, the experience has been increasingly bad and terrible. The service in the restaurant takes loooong… time to get any thing, even a glass of hot water. The staff at reception has been extremely rude. He did not allow my guest to meet me at my room. I was forced to pay double room charges just make him to allow my guest to meet me in my room. When I called the GM Shankar, he was rude to the core and did not even listen to my request. On top of that he was saying that this is a universal rule not to permit the any one to meet the in room guests in the room. That is ridiculous to the core. The TV doesn’t work most of the times as they don’t recharge the dish connection. Room Service is highly pathetic I didn’t get the basic items even after very specifically mentioning that. It took 20 more minutes with 5 calls to Room Service and a meeting with the F&B Manager Mani to get onion slices. Pathetic to the core. The health tube is leaking so heavily in the toilet. No toilet papers. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel; I won’t even equal this to a small lodge. The entire money and time invested is completely wasted. I would strongly recommend people not to use this hotel. It seems somebody has invested nicely in this hotel and given to completely useless people to run it.

This would've been a good stay on a normal day, but we were unfortunate to have stayed here on new year's eve night as we were travelling. While the rooms are spacious and comfortable, what soured the experience was that due to the new year, they'd a very limited menu for dinner and even less veg options. While that was understandable, later we found that even within that restricted menu, half the things we ordered were still not available and we'd to manage with a bare-bones dinner. Other than this glitch, it was a good stay. Staff are all courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast was alright.

The property's location is convenient, situated close to key attractions and with easy accessibility to transport options. However, it can get a bit noisy during peak hours, which might be a concern for light sleepers.

Close to lmw and vs t companies. Outside city limits. Nothing much happening around. Just a regular business hotel. Pillows need to be a bit more comfortable. Tv was not recharged and took them half hour to do it. No gym and no spa. Not ideal for family travellers as it's priced around 5k for a night which would get you pool and gym access atleast. Ok experience. Food is ok. Nothing much.
