I booked non ac room for my stay which is costlier. In the locality and in terms of comfort, fan was swigging with huge noise and towel was not clean

Toilets are unbearable. They have different rooms for make my trip customers. Very bad experience. Don’t list this hotel in make my trip.

Rooms are ok. But bathroom is infested with cockroaches. No help with luggage. Breakfast is basic fare.

Hotel was decent. But i will recommend, kindly go for some other option near by on this price point. Not satisfied with the services too. Wifi is not accessible, and even bathing accessories are not proper. In the nutshell i would like to mention, this is a " overpaid " hotel. Charge much more than its real scenario.

I booked for 3 persons-2 adults + 1 kid(15 years. But when we reached hotel dhanunjaya the receptionist told they received payment only for 2 adults from make-my trip. We had to pay extra amount for extra bed. This is horrible to pay amount for both the hotel + make-my trip. Going forward i wont use make-my trip for any bookings
