Before arriving with my family I was worried that it would be all surfers and backpackers, but it was great! The private rooms are bright and very clean. The outside bar is a great atmosphere, people of all ages. Non-guests visit too. Also, there is the ability to cook meals yourself. Only downside is the lack of AC, but there is a nice breeze and the weather is cool at night. All of the staff was very helpful and very nice. I’ll definitely visit again.

Good but breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was. Would not buy again. Rooms are ok if you ave bottom bed. shared area was a bit dirty but it was end of season so maybe that was part of it. showers are clean.

I wanted to book a 16-day stay at Jo&Joe but there was one night in that period I wasn't able to book through the website. I sent an email asking for help. However, nobody helped me book that night, despite the hostel telling they had the availability and me sending several emails. I was then suddenly informed that the hostel was fully booked on that date, so I had to book a different hostel just for that night. A few hours after their email telling me they were fully booked, I was informed that they did in fact have availability for that night (as they had initially told me). I now find myself in a situation where I need to move out from the hostel just for one night in the middle of my stay, which was totally avoidable if the hostel had acted competently. On a separate note, I have a HostelPass which entitles me to a discount on my stay and the hostel are refusing to honour it. I am very disappointed by the whole experience.

the hotel was praised family friendly, but that's wasn't our experience. We also had some unfriendly encounters with the person at the lobby. Our expectation for him was to be be obliging and offer help. Instead we were told to wait 20 minutes as he had some calls and other things to do. The room, especially the bathroom, was not really clean. e.g. there were still splashes on the mirror from the previous guests. Also: There was really really loud music from other guests outside our room. Despite a one-time intervention by the hotel staff, the music was not turned down. But nothing else was done either. All in all a disappointing experience and not worth the price.

We had a great stay in this hostel, everyone was friendly there is a bar with excellent cocktails, clean and friendly, very good location, excellent breakfast the hot chocolate was excellent and the coffee also we will be back next year, thank you thank you thank you

Un très bon séjour dans cet établissement bien entretenu, avec un personnel sympa et accueillant Les dortoirs sont très confortables. La localisation est parfaite, 10min du centre-ville et 10min de la plage.

Une équipe d'Hébergement et de Bar & Resto absolument au top, des espaces stylés et très bien entretenus, une ambiance unique et un cadre super chill vous attendent ! Le sourire et la bonne humeur des éuipes font l'effet d'un vrai rayon de soleil, dès le matin avant d'aller surfer !

Un accueil de qualité dés notre arrivée Romane de la réception est très agréable. La chambre est confortable et bien optimisée. Les deux Arthur sont extrêmement professionnel et sympathiques. petit déj simple suffisant. Un staff au service de ses clients, rien à dire !!
