Being a hotelier, today I am feeling very proud that in the hotel where I stayed the night, the next day when I went for early morning breakfast, there was a team leader whose name is Akhil...he treated me so well, dealt with me so well and his behaviour with his team was so polite that he was guiding everyone well, handling everyone well. My heart was filled with joy seeing him, and am very happy with his service. Lots of love for the kind and beloved behaviour 🌹🌹 But there was also such an employee who probably should not have been there. A leader, a manager should know so much that how to talk to his colleagues and his staff, how to guide and handle his staff in front of the guests. But an employee named - Girish - is very rude and unfit for this job. A manager should be humble, kind and well mannered. I felt very sad to see that no one should be so proud of his position that he behaves rudely with his own team members. And I am very sad to see that in our hotel industry talent and ability is suppressed, and underserving people reach that position, which was actually meant not for them but for someone else.💔💔 Thankyou for the best people like Akhil. Great work brother 👍🏻👍🏻
