The hotel has air conditioning but the space is small. Compared with other hotels I booked in Switzerland, this one is a bit useless, 1500 a night is not cost-effective"

"The breakfast provided was good with many choices. The bed mattress is good and comfortable except that the pillow is a bit small in size and thin.
The hotel location was walkable to Kriens train station, need to cross a roundabout. The plus point is there is a bus stop located near to hotel, which takes you to Pilatus cable car station. However, you still need a 10 mins walk uphill after alighting from bus-stop to the Pilatus cable car station. Hotel also provides a traveller card for guest during your stay, free bus and train service in Lucerne."

Hotel was near a bus stop and journey to main train station was about 20 mins."

"There is free parking space, there is a free bus ticket for the designated bus day trip, the right hand is the 20 bus, the left hand also has a bus platform.
The room is small and cramped, winning in the price/performance ratio, it is more convenient to take the bus to various attractions, suitable for city walk.
No disposable items, hair dryer, bath towels, no shower slippers, hand washing, bath shampoo.
The triple room on the second floor has a super large terrace, which can be picnic on the terrace, and the room is also equipped with a large electric fan."

"First of all, the location was not exactly the most convenient as it was a long walk from the train station although it looked like it is just behind the station. It was a bit hard to find the location at first.
Second of all, early check in required significant extra payment, even if we just arrived less than 1 hour earlier. So we decided to head for a brunch instead of paying for the early check in.
Third of all, the bathroom was very small, with some privacy concerns. The shower, toilet and basin are separated. In the shower there is no space to put your clothes, and you could only place it near the basin right next to the transparent shower door, which is just separated from the beds with a thin curtain. That also means it would not be feasible to wash your hands after going to the toilet if someone else is taking a shower. There was no hairdryer and any other supplies in the room as well.
It was bearable for a one-night stay."
