No reception , understaffed hotel ,inattentive staff , zero hospitality. The room 326 is like an attic on the fifth floor . There is no lift up to the floor . One has to carry all luggage oneself 2 nd floor onwards on serpentine staircase ! We checked in on 10 th , there was no reception and we were wrongly directed to 3rd floor instead of second floor. We took 15 minutes to only figure out the location of the room ! Horrible experience!

We stayed here over Christmas on a Leger coach holiday. I have mixed views about this hotel. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is as good as any we have had on a coach holiday. The down side is the facilities. The food was basic but good, however there was no choice. It was a set menu each night. Also the bar is no longer used (as we were told). This meant that if visitors wanted a drink after dinner, they had to remain at the dining table, or use one of the two high tables and stools in the reception. While we are OK with tall tables, it wasn't to everyone's taste, and space was limited in any case. We wouldn't want to visit this hotel again.

Good place for a stopover on the holiday route. The rooms are pleasant, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is simple; we had the evening meal at the restaurant: neither the welcome nor the food appealed to us.

The new women's rooms in the Hotel Waldegg are simply terrific!!! So many details in PINK: the comfortable armchair, the decoration, the women's calender, the yoga mat!! They have thought of everything that makes women feel good. Beautiful harmonious ambience. good bed Enough space. Nice bath. View of the Pilates. Very tasty food in the restaurant. And very friendly and dedicated staff. I'll be back!!

We were 7 people and stayed at this hotel for a weekend. The staff is super nice and we had a great time together. Dinner very tasty. There was even a small breakfast outside of the time because we overslept a bit ;-). Very uncomplicated. I can only recommend it and say thank you for the great hospitality!
