The rooms are good and comfortable, but I have never been so badly treated in a hotel in my life. So I called the girl of the cup I asked a mosquito egg she said that she wouldn't do anything more. I asked to call the manager the same treated me more badly even saying I would make the egg but I would withdraw from the hall in 5 minutes I answered that then he called the police, because I would drink my coffee. The manager requires you to go down and finish the coffee at 9:30 p.m. if you feel offended by the guest to ask for a mosquito egg that finished 15 minutes before closing and still treat you as if you were bothering him. I will never return to the hotel and I will still open a reclame here. The two stars were just for accommodation because the service is bad and the management must think everything is well treated in this way.

Good location, accommodation and service.Negative points: it doesn't have a restaurant every day and is not 24h. I stayed in one day and I suffered a lot with noises from another room and the problem was not solved. But between positive and negative points, I have the quality, even breakfast with good diversity.

I was expecting a very simple hotel and surprised the size of the rooms for the price it was charged. I found the team educated. The location is near the center, so it is easy to access. Breakfast was very good and breakfast was also. In my design I expect a comfortable hotel and a tasty breakfast, the experience was excellent, and the bathroom was super clean, it was large and had a top hair dryer.

It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

At the exit of Campinas along the Anhaguera Highway. It has a close shoping. So location is the strong point. But the attendant too. Good room, bed and shower. Snacks in the room are good quality. Breakfast varied with 3 juices, many cakes in the area, cold and salty. Liked it. Good internet signal. Check in and check out fast. I have been for 8 nights so I gave it a good rating. It has double rooms for families, with interconnecting door. So choose one that is not so if you are not in family you may have trouble soundproofing with the neighboring room. Suggestion to the management to place in these doors acoustic rubber tape. That was very good.

The hotel has made my reservation and confirmed it. They called me at 7:00 at checkin and asked what hours I was going to checkin (since when the guest has to talk what hours you're going to checkin????) said it would be 21:00 p.m. I was dining. I arrived at 22:00 and Leandro, a ignorant, badly responding, said he had not arrived at the time I had spoken, so he cancelled my reservation; when I arrived, I had no rooms (he said that was OK) and I had to look for a hotel at 23:00. I never passed a poe experience of this, and I recommend that nobody book this hotel with no professionalism.

Fiquei no hotel apenas uma noite para pegar o voo em Viracopos, o hotel é muito limpo e arrumado, muito confortável! O restaurante foi uma excelente surpresa, comemos umas salada divina e um filé mignon quatro queijos que estava sensacional!!!! Ambiente muito gostoso e tranquilo! Não deixem de experimentar a comida, porém fecha cedo o serviço de cozinha, acho que as 21:00 se não me falha a memória. Voltarei sempre! Recomendo!

A localização é excelente, a estrutura também é ótima, um prédio relativamente novo, com todos os espaços aconchegantes, decorados e com tecnologia. Na data de nossa hospedagem o ambiente estava tranquilo, não tinha barulho e movimentações exageradas. A limpeza de todo ambiente era boa, não diria excelente pois encontrei poeira em alguns lugares, mas aceitável. O serviço de check-in, precisa melhorar, pois chegamos às 14h00 (horário de check-in) e tinha somente um funcionário fazendo esse atendimento, então ficamos em uma fila até ser atendidos. Sobre o café da manhã esperava um pouquinho mais, pois não tinha bolos, nem opções de bebidas para quem não toma leite e café como eu, só havia suco de uva e iogurte. Achei estranho que tinha salsicha como acompanhamento. Senti falta de mais opções de frutas também. O legal é que tinha torradeira e sanduicheira a disposição. Sobre o quarto a estrutura era boa, mas acredito que na hora da reserva não me atentei e acabei ficando em um quarto para PCD, mas nós acomodou muito bem, a cama estava boa, mas senti falta de mais travesseiros, devia ter solicitado. O ar condicionado estava funcionando corretamente. Não conseguimos abrir as janelas, estavam duras. A geladeira “frigobar”, quase não gelou nossa água e refrigerante. A TV era plana, mas pequena, mas tinha uma variedade grande de canais, porém a imagem estava um pouco alterada, acredito que alguma configuração que estava desregulada, mas deu para assistir. Sobre o estacionamento, pagamos R$ 22,00 a diária, mas o sistema era terceirizado, não fazia parte dos funcionários do hotel, a parte ruim é que para pegar o carro tinha que pedir e ficar esperando. Mas a estadia foi muito boa, gostamos muito e se precisar ficar em campinas novamente, com certeza ficaríamos no Go inn.
