I had to make some changes to my reservation and the staff took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Check it and out was also quick. My room was quite clean and the mattress was reasonably comfortable. Oddly the t.v was placed such as you had to sit in a chair to watch it versus the bed and even then it was located to the side. There was plenty of hot water and the water pressure was good. Breakfast was pretty basic ( the only warm item was pancakes) but decent. The grounds were nice and it made for a relaxing morning to walk along the beach. The only reason that this review is 4 stars versus 5 is the poor sound proofing. While my husband and I were lucky in that there was no one in the surrounding rooms if there had been I would have been unable to sleep. The walls were so thin that I could even hear a horse walking on the road outside my door. No effort to noise proof the rooms at all has been made unfortunately.
