The hotel is located right in the centre of Horta with easy access to the port. The rooms are basic but are great value for money with the most amazing view of Pico. If you like a nice coffee in the morning, take a trip to A Padaria just down the street.

Lovely classic hotel, perfect location, big well furnished and equipped rooms, gorgeous views, fine breakfast, manager and staff all super friendly and helpful; can't wait to visit the Azores again with Internacional as home base.

Had to stay here when our plane to Flores was cancelled for a second time. Thought the place was really interesting (decor). Bright rooms and lots of lights. I was most impressed with breakfast. I am lactose intolerant, and they had lactose free yogurt and milk. Wonderful! Yes, it is on a busy street, and there is some noise, but we were there in May, and it was basically quiet through the night. Would recommend.

Chambres agréables , idéalement situé . En revanche , l’imoression de déranger les réceptionnistes . Accueil froid , limite . Quant au petit-déjeuner ( peu d’interêt ) , il n’ouvre qu’à 8h . Si vous avez le malheur de pointer le bout de votre nez avant ( 7:50) , alors là , vous le regretterez . Pas un “bonjour” , pas un sourire , rien ! La jeune en poste , est ODIEUSE . Elle n’a RIEN à faire là . J’ai exprimé mon mécontentement, immédiatement . J’étais FURIEUSE Changez de travail , vous n’êtes pas fait pour l’hôtellerie ! Et , je sais de quoi je parle , étant dedans depuis + de 30 ans . Honteux .

Très bel établissement extérieurement et intérieurement. Chambres twin-set et double très confortables, lumineuses, très propres. Petit déjeuner correct et peut être amélioré avec des produits frais. Bien situé dans Horta, proche des restaurants, cafés, port marina, plage, dommage que la circulation automobile passe dans ce quartier, pouvant engendrer des nuisances sonores.

Conseguimos reservar o quarto VIP com vista para a Marina já um pouco em cima da hora e foi sem dúvida uma sorte - as instalações são excelentes e acomodaram muito bem a nossa família de 2 adultos e 2 crianças. Muito limpo, confortável, excelente localização (perto de tudo na Horta a pé), sossegado. Produtos de higiene pessoal disponibilizadas, incluindo um kit de higiene pessoal especialmente para as crianças, secador, ar condicionado, toalhas mais do que suficientes, cobertores e almofadas. O Hotel foi recentemente remodelado e tem muita história - cada quarto tem um pouco da história de uma figura com ligação à história da Horta e no nosso caso ficámos a saber um pouco mais de Charles Lindbergh e da sua escala na Horta no seu avião. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. O pequeno-almoço é ótimo, com algumas iguarias locais como queijo da ilha e doce de goiaba, para além dos elementos habituais. As crianças adoraram e nós também! Sem dúvida recomendamos e esperamos voltar.
