The accommodation excels in attentive service, well-equipped spa, fantastic views, comfortable rooms, and exceptional cleanliness. However, some may find the lakeside location remote.

Great location by the lake! The bar and restaurant are beautiful and welcoming. The Spa area is complete and well-equipped.

Great Great Grandfather moved to the UK from this area in 1903, must have been because Bad Horn spa was not there then. We travelled as a party of 9, researching the family tree, the hotel and staff were fantastic, we dined, we drank wine, champagne and port, from the excellent selection they cellar. The food was well presented and delicious, breakfast was the full European spread, our rooms were super clean and comfortable, the Housekeepers work to the highest of standards and deserve special mention and praise, the spa facilities were super, clean, functional and fun, I even swam the lake at 8c. All staff treated us like locals and provided much local knowledge of the history of the area, Swiss train/ tram & bus transport is also an absolute efficient dream service, making Bad Horn a great choice to stay as everywhere is accessible from its location.
