The location was great.  All persons I engaged with were exuberant, cooperative, helpful and full of smiles.  The breakfast was OK, the Bar was Good.  Local amenities were plentiful.  This is NOT a walk-around place.  There are no sidewalks, no crosswalks and heavy traffic.  With all the close amenities, you 90% have to drive, just to get across the street.  Poor city planning for people / pedestrians.

I visited the Hyatt Regency- Wynfrey Hotel last week for a funeral and the service was impeccable! Thank you Leah at the front desk, Debbie and Brenda in the restaurant. I will definitely be back to visit this hotel, which I must mention is attached to a mall!

I chose a different type room and was in complete awe. We will definitely be staying again really soon. I needed a IPhone charger and one of the staff members allowed me to use his to charge my phone such a lifesaver. Thank you so much.
