When we arrived the lobby was full with about 30 kids without any kind of supervision running around, screaming etc. It was hard to hear the woman who was checking us in. When we got to the room the beds were somewhat made with the bedspread and sheets weren't exactly made like any other hotel room I've ever encountered. I actually wondered if they had already been slept in. The remote on the tv was slow to react at best, if at all, and when we could get it to work there was no way to get to a guide to see what choices were provided.
We also kept hearing something that sounded like Darth Vader breathing. After several hours, we finally figured out it was the elevator that was on the other side of our wall. Kids were running up and down the halls ALOT. The bathroom was clean as far as the sink, tub and toilet but the floor seemed dirty. For $170+ I expected at least a clean, neat and quiet room with a functioning tv.
