"It's a pretty good hotel with a free airport shuttle, which is very convenient. However, when I had an early flight and asked the hotel to arrange a taxi, I found it was incredibly expensive – almost twice the price of an Uber."

"One of the best hotels we booked recently. The room was clean and very spacious. You can only use the lift by using your access card. This adds extra safety. You can keep your luggage in their secure storage room which is a bonus if you reach early or your flight is late at night after your check out. One thing to note is the Amsterdam city pass won’t work to nearby station. So you may have to explore other options or you a day ticket. Overall it was a perfect place and no complaints."

"Great hotel, good location, which is quite near airport and have shuttle between airport and hotel. Can self-check in, very convenient. Ice bucket and cube provided, very Netherland."

"Second time staying at this hotel. It’s very conveniently located next to the 397 bus stop that takes you downtown Amsterdam. Breakfast is quite good and varied. Bathroom could use a bit more counter-space but the walk in shower is nice. There is a parking fee of 15 euros per night."

"Great and beautiful hotel. The one thing that I wasn’t satisfied with were the lack of amenities. The description on the page mentions most of the basic items like toothbrush/toothpaste but neither of them were for free at the hotel. Same goes for the lack of free hotel slippers that I basically expect from most hotels. Other than that nothing really to add. Would go again but with more preparation."

"The whole experience was mediocre, the staff tried hard but didn’t seem to be well trained. Food was overpriced, we were charged 2€ each for ‘filtered’ tap water, bread was brought out cold so I had to send it back. It was great to have a play areas but some of the toys were very dirty. There are no cups in the gym, you must bring a water bottle to use the water. The free weights were great but the gym was dirty. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable. It seemed clean but given the play area and gym, it caused me to question. We had a good view of the plane landing. It was relatively quiet given proximity to the airport. There is not shampoo or conditioner in the shower, there is a 2 in 1 soap/shampoo and you can ask for conditioner. Check out process was super fast and I give a 5/5. Overall, it was way overpriced, fine to spend the night before our flight but we won’t go back."

"A nice hotel if you are looking to stay near to Airport. Room was just nice for us, but not recommended for those having large luggages. Small size bath towel provided without any amenities. Reception does not keep your luggages before/after check in time. But, they have lockers to store your things. 4€ for small locker, 6€ for big lockers."

"Located Close to a bus stop and train station so well connected. The downside was that there wasn’t anything else around near the hotel. The staff were really friendly during check-in. The room was nice and modern, however it could’ve been a little bit cleaner. The drain in the sink in the bathroom was blocked from  hair, which wasn’t very nice to discover. Also there seem to be a piece of gum pressed into the carpet. The bed was very comfy and I had a good stay overall."
