Even though the price is very good, the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere with zero amenities—no bars, cafes, or restaurants nearby. Public transport is hard to reach; you either need to take a taxi or walk 40 minutes to the nearest train station. The only positive thing about this hotel is that it's cheap."

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Easy check in. And able to provide additional amenities like iron.

The room is clean and comfortable beds for a short stay. No staff to help with luggages. No public transport around and had to wait a while for a rideshare to confirm. No breakfast, only some drinks and ready to made meals to be purchased.

I was impressed with the facilities I saw at the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The environment was beautiful. The staff were lovely.

Just not a great hotel, fire alarm went of in the middle of the night. When someone walks by the room the hall light will light up the room. Very noizy, no public transport close. It's good to take the uber to Schiphol when an early flight the next morning. That's about it

The cleaner did not change our beddings several times despite we put to make up our room. Secondly, I have to go down to the reception to get the towels and toiletries it was missed to replace it.
There is no rug in the toilet (with shower ) and so it end up messy.
The 4th floor, beside the elevator has a broken wooden floor.
There is no tea or coffee on the room provided. You have to buy it in the reception.
There is a woman in the reception that is rude. Giving a false information.
The Hotel is too far in the city centre.

Hotel claims to be at Schiphol airport. But in fact it’s far from the airport. The is no airport shuttle service and by public transport it takes almost an hour to get there including a steep walk. Restaurant being renovated so no food. TV in the room has no cable connection so quite useless. Shower drain not working so flooded bathroom. Staff claims to look at it but that’s
probably all they did as the problem wasn’t fixed. Staff is friendly but basically offers no service. Definitely I would advise against staying here unless you have a car.
