The hotel is 1 block away from the beach. Everything was accessible by walk. Room was clean and big enough. I stayed partial ocean view room and it was pleasant to watch Diamond Head and Sunset from the room. We stayed 4 nights but there was no house keeping service during our stay. But we could ask extra towels and toiletries when needed. Good value for money. I recommend.

I actually really liked this place. Beautiful view and pretty spacious. It’s not super up to date but for the pice, I think this place is pretty great. I wouldn’t mind coming back here again :)

Our family of four stayed in the Pearl Ocean View room.
The view was amazing both day and night.
The location is decent, within a 10-minute walk of Waikiki Beach and Waikiki Market.
Given how old the building is, the facilities themselves are old, but all the cooking facilities are provided, so it's good for families.

We requested an extra bed and were scheduled to stay with three people, but we were given a room with only one bed, so we ended up separating the sofa bed and the attached bed to make three.
We were given a better room on a different floor, but we wished both rooms were better.
We applied based on a photo with two beds, so we hope they will address this inaccuracy.

The rooms and facilities are old. On the first day, 2 of the 4 elevators were not working, which is a disaster for a hotel with more than 30 floors. Fortunately, there was no similar situation later. The hotel is in a good location and the price/performance ratio is acceptable.

The room is relatively clean and has all the basic amenities.
Because I was going to the volcano, I didn't pay to upgrade the sea view at the front desk. There was only air conditioning outside the window without any view.
The hotel front desk 🈶 unlimited coffee and the staff were very friendly.
Hilo town is a relatively good place to stay.
