The hotel is relatively new, and the sea view room I booked has a nice view. Then the front desk is still very friendly, and any problems can be solved quickly. The flight arrived in the morning local time, but I was checked in immediately, and they took the initiative to help me accumulate Marriott points. The biggest problem is housekeeping. On the day of check-in, I felt that the sheets were not new, and I could see a little shoe print and hair at the end of the bed. But I was too tired that day and didn't care. The next day when I was going to take a bath, I found that the wall of the bathtub was covered with mud, and it was obvious that it had not been wiped. When the cleaning lady came in, I asked to change the sheets and wipe the bathtub. The old lady told me that I had to apply to the front desk to change the sheets. So when I went out, I told the front desk about the sheets and bathtub again, but the front desk's response was obviously that the cleaners should change the sheets automatically. . . Then when I came back at night, I found that the sheets had been changed, but the bathtub was still not cleaned!!! Maybe because I wiped it a little the night before, the cleaner thought it was clean. But when I returned to the room, I found that the bathtub was still full of my hair that I had lost that morning. I left a $5 tip. But to be honest, the room you gave me was not clean, so why should I get more tips? Other minor issues were that the shower water pressure was not good. And maybe because of environmental protection, there was no mineral water in the room, and there were no other supplies except two cotton pads. But you can call the front desk to ask for bathrobes and slippers for free. The hotel has been open for less than a year, and the maintenance feels average. At best, it is a business hotel. If you are on vacation, apart from the problem of traffic jams, it is recommended to stay in Waikiki.

The air conditioner is also good, with little noise and coolness. The disadvantage is that the water flow in the room is very small, and it is very uncomfortable to take a shower. There are no toothbrushes, mineral water slippers, etc. The so-called sea view marked in the order is actually a city view, because the orientation of this hotel is perpendicular to the beach, so most of the rooms have only 5% sea view. Facilities: The hotel is very new, the facilities are not bad, there are gyms and swimming pools, but because the hotel and residence are shared, there will be a little more people. Service: The hotel service is very poor 1. The Japanese front desk did not inform me of the destination fee of 48 dollars per day when I checked in, and gave me an A4 paper to read and ended it. In fact, the $48 per day can be used in the hotel restaurant and cafe, but we were told when we checked out that we had used our own card for all the usual consumption. 2. Forgot to clean the room and leave a tip, and the towels were not changed. Location: The hotel is very conveniently located, surrounded by business districts, and you can walk to all your shopping needs. The shuttle provided by the hotel is also convenient, but it is not free and is included in the destination fee. Because the surrounding area is prosperous, there are many homeless people, especially on the east side of the hotel Parking: Parking is $55 per day + valet tip. There are many street stalls around the hotel where you can park, 1.5 dollars per hour from 7 am to 6 pm, and free at other times.

The place is generally clean and the front desk staff can speak Japanese.

The location is not in the bustling Waikiki. It is a very new hotel. I checked in directly at the hotel at 11 o'clock. I was also upgraded to a side sea view room where I could watch the sea from my bed. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. There were two 1.5 large beds and a washlet toilet. There was no balcony but the window door could be opened for ventilation, which was very comfortable. The surrounding environment was also very good. There was Walmart and Target downstairs. It was within five minutes to walk to Ala Moana Center and the beach. It was a 10-minute walk to the bus station to the Polynesian Center. It took more than ten minutes to get to Waikiki from the bus station downstairs. The hotel also had a free shuttle bus to the Waikiki beach. The free sightseeing buses of JAL and ANA were all in the AlaMoana parking lot. The location and transportation were really great. It was also the most comfortable accommodation in Hawaii.
