位置也好找，門口就可以停車，熱水也燙，就是空調是冷風，沒得電熱毯。運氣不好，遇到了其他住客，很晚了才來住，還吵得不得了，還有瓶子倒了得聲音，我懷疑是一羣人在喝酒，吵了估計有兩個小時，體驗就真的不好了

我們從若爾蓋那邊過來到紅原的時候都傍晚了，前台小妹妹長的漂亮不説人還很幽默，待人真誠，她幫我們提行李，給我們介紹當地性價比高的餐廳，確實她推薦的那家餐廳的特色菜也很好吃，跟她問一些騎馬遊玩的地方給了我們一些良心建議，還防止我們花一些冤枉錢 我還加了小妹妹的微信，我們訂的家庭套房，房間很大，衞生也很乾凈 下次還來

衞生：堪憂，房間裏面還能看到葯丸。
服務：7:30找不到前台，喊不答應，打電話不接，電話還不留在顯眼位置，旅遊旺季這麼對待客人的啊，要收按金又不安排人退。
設施：房間有煙味，衞生間設計很奇特，洗澡門開1/3的門，洗手洗臉位置一個瘦子沒問題，胖子擠不進去。

衞生：我真的很無語，床上用品很臟，工作人員説是洗不乾淨，又給拿了套新的讓我們自己換。新的也是很臟。
設施：酒店電梯壞了。
講真，這個酒店裝修不差，花了不少錢，運營管理有很大問題，所以評分和生意不好。
