衞生不好，床上有毛髮，桌子上面都是灰，問了還説天天打掃，我們都是換了一個房間床上還是有毛髮，一邊路邊一邊修車廠，有點吵

服務人員熱情，提出的問題都親自上門幫忙解決。酒店的價格在暑期熱門時間段也非常優美，性價比拉滿。出來旅遊一整天，回酒店洗個熱水澡，全身暖和。這是一家新酒店，寬敞乾淨，推薦大家！

首先，十一期間紅原的氣温降低，酒店沒有空調電熱毯等保暖措施，屋裡和冰窖一樣；其次，洗澡的熱水忽冷忽熱，澡也沒洗好，這麼冷的天氣，這怎麼住？？最後，詢問酒店是否可以開發票，直接跟我説開不了，也不説為什麼，這合理嗎？酒店不提供發票是違法的…避雷避雷避雷
