老賓館，中央空調聲音有點兒大，但衞生還行，離洪江古商城距離不遠，周圍也很繁華，吃的東西不少。價格也不算貴，基本上性價比還是可以的。

酒店位置不錯，停車場較大，比較適合自駕遊停車。步行到洪江古商城大約十分鐘左右。酒店是老酒店了，設施的確很舊了，該進行升級改造了。服務態度熱情周到，跟前台要電蚊香備用，很快服務員就送到房間。

去洪江古商城選擇的酒店，有停車位，距離洪江古商城相對比較近，大概比較合適的酒店就是洪江酒店了。裝修時間比較久，所以整體設施一般，但是住宿還是沒有問題的。環境也很安靜。

正好在懷化承辦全省旅發大會不久，趁國慶休假前往洪江古鎮，因落地時間遲選擇入住該酒店，老闆對賓館走廊衞生極不講究，裝修太陳舊，房間有味道，體驗感太差，半夜無法入睡。

很可惜了，－個硬件設施很齊全的酒店，房間內配備設施沒有一樣是正常的，雖然可使用總有一些小毛病，如洗澡衞生間就水漫金山。這可是三個五角星的高級房間。
