曾府酒店，就在洪江古商城遊客中心門口，白天晚上都非常方便遊玩古城；酒店服務質量和居住條件也都很好，徽式建築，住起來舒適，臨江而建，欣賞洪江的煙雨景色和燈光秀很便利。我此次是第二次入住該店，正逢國慶中秋雙節期間，車多人擠，走親訪友行李也不少，出行甚是不便，但這次在曾府酒店的入住體驗比第一次更讓我滿意，提前安排工作人員迎接、協調車位，甚至讓出自己車位給客人，迎來送往都有人幫忙提行李，不僅保安提，忙時柔弱的小姐姐都來幫忙，真的是有求必應，細緻周到，體貼入微。

這次入住的民宿，可以説是洪江古商城附近當之無愧的“寶藏酒店”。
【驚喜的初見】
酒店位置極佳，是離古商城最近的選擇。更難得的是，在如此繁華的景區核心地段，竟然提供免費停車場！一下車，熱情的保安和接待員就上前幫忙搬運李，讓人瞬間好感倍增。得知民宿與赫赫有名的“曾府湘菜”同屬一個老闆，頓時對品質充滿了信心。
【細節定成敗】
民宿本身是一座典雅的徽式建築，很有韻味。辦理入住時，前台奉上自製的冰鎮飲料，瞬間洗去暑期。最讓我驚歎的細節是，店員在歸還身份證時，特意為所有證件套上了保護套——如此注重細節，實在難得！
【舒適的休憩】
房間面積很大，窗外就是悠悠沅江，視野開闊。內部乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住起來非常舒適。入夜後，無需遠行，在酒店內就能將“屈子江閣”的絕美夜景一覽無餘。
【暖心的告別】
晚上遊玩歸來，桌上已備好酒店贈送的晚安甜粥，暖心又暖胃。次日退房時，服務依舊在線。不僅貼心準備了當地特色手辦禮，員工還主動將我們的行李一路護送到車上，並再三叮囑旅途平安。這種自始至終的關懷，讓這次的旅程畫上了一個圓滿的句號。

酒店服務非常好，房間小冰箱裏麪的飲品都是免費的，晚上還會送宵夜糖水到房間，餐廳的飯菜出品也很好👍🏻
酒店的環境很好，古色古香，木質結構與徽派建築融合很和諧，走在園子裏感覺很温馨～
房間內部很大，雖是標間但空間足夠。但個人感覺浴室空間不足且衞生一般般，房間隔音也不太好。
整體還是很滿意的，推薦👌🏼

服務：服務很熱情，沒有電梯，但行李上下樓，前台小姐姐和保安師傅都幫忙搬。會主動發景區攻略。景區管理有點不科學，不讓車開到酒店門口停車區，還幫忙把行李送到了停車場。建議可以在客人入住時或者客人入住前提前瞭解是否開車到酒店，提前做好準備，避免耽誤退房和入住的辦理時間。
設施：酒店建築是木製結構，靠近水邊有點，潮濕的味道，但也可以接受。房間裏的飲料水果和小零食準備的都非常充分，還提供濕廁紙。
環境：就在景區入口處，前往江邊和新建的一部分景區和古商城古建築羣都很方便。

洪江古商城附近沒有熟悉的連鎖酒店，因此訂房的時候還挺糾結的。
入住和退房時的前台都很友好，並且竟然都很熱愛這份工作！（對於憎惡工作的牛馬來説，這實在是過於難得了！）
入住可享1樓“曾府家宴”用餐九折，且第二天早餐也是在這裏，這是我們本次旅行在湖南住的第四站酒店，男朋友覺得這家比前面三家的早飯都更好吃！
酒店的房子本身很漂亮，但是房間內的裝修有些乏善可陳，比如我住的房間電視旁的踢腳線沒有裝好；又比如洗手池很小並且和馬桶、淋浴間在一起，導致一個人上廁所的時候，同住人無法洗漱，早上如果趕時間，就有點尷尬……但至少，下限是有保障的！在類似的沒有連鎖酒店的偏僻小城市的酒店中，這家的整體體驗是很靠前的！

酒店位置很有優勢，就在洪江古商城遊客中心對面，臨江而建，建築古色古香，彷彿穿越了一樣。我們到的比較晚，前台小姐姐還出門迎接，很貼心。酒店旁邊的停車場是個獨立的停車場，所以停好車後要原路返回～酒店也沒有電梯，不過樓層不會很高～入住後因為他們有些疏漏，所以後來換了房間，但是整個過程都處理的很順利。房間是智能化管理，有提供小吃，水真的是很管夠，隔音效果也很好。入住期間可以去體驗酒店開展的不少活動，比如漆扇、香囊、圍爐煮茶、旗袍穿搭等等，雖然耽誤了點時間，但還是很滿意，也希望酒店方可以進一步做好布草衞生和物品管理，相信一定可以越來越好。
