前台小姐姐很熱心，還幫忙升級了房間。整體酒店細節還可以提升。價格和連鎖酒店一樣，整體質感還是有差距

酒店在尚未建設完善的商業樓裏，鬧哄哄的，超市，歌廳，餐館都在一個樓裏，衹有一部電梯，房間設施比較老舊，早餐還行，停車場免費停車。

酒店設施陳舊，服務、環境欠佳，宣傳與實際嚴重不符，酒店介紹稱2022年重新裝修並於2023年交君越酒店有限公司管理，實際上酒店可能衹做了一個新的門廳，房間未裝修，設施未更新。更重要的是管理嚴重不到位，凌晨兩點，煙霧報警器響了20來分鐘，沒有任何反應，直到我們打電話時才來人關掉警報器，稱誤報警。若是真的發生了火災，這20來分鐘可是旅客逃生的關健時間。建議酒店加強管理，更新酒店設施，提高服務質量，並更正酒店的介紹，切實對旅客負責！

酒店在路口，比較難找停車場，一不留神轉過去了，酒店名字被商業場所擋住了。出行很方便的，設施完備，裝修有點舊了。

訂的四個小時的鐘點房（下午一點到五點），結果下午三點不到前台就打電話催促，然後又喊樓層服務人員上門敲門催促，説時間到了要求趕緊退房，導致沒休息好，體驗感極差

真的不錯啊，主要環境非常不錯，在洪江這個價格住到這個酒店，性價比真的不錯了，之前也住過其他酒店，但是設施真的好差，就是那種好多年的酒店，但是這個真的絕絕子，不管是裝修，衞生，設施是非常棒，而且這個酒店沒有其他酒店的那種潮濕感，家人們誰懂啊，在洪江住到這個房間真的是🛫️
