房間位置絕佳，在古商城裡的江邊。訂的觀景陽台房景色很美可能是淡季古商城比較冷清不過喜歡拍照的人可以自由出片不用等待因為晚上整個古商城相當於你包場

酒店地理位置很好，、乾淨、舒服，唯一不足處（小升降梯，確實有點小），至幹服務吧！諮詢前台有何地道美食餐飲店，能熱情介紹了她認為〇K的老店，經試確實非常地道，下次還會訂此民宿。

民宿就在洪江古商城入口處的對面，非常方便，據說民宿下面還有地下停車場，民宿有電梯，雖然小，至少不用像其他古城民宿沒有電梯需要提行李爬樓梯！因為前台的小姐姐們都很熱情！景區商業化不重，門口檢票的大姐也很友善，告訴我們怎麼遊玩怎麼打卡最方便，牌坊下面就有一家餐廳，價格和份量都很足！外面吃飯不方便，但是小餐館的老闆們也都是很熱情的！如果喜歡安靜，古商城值得再遊玩，裡面的小劇場（如果剛好有導遊），可以跟著走，遊客一到，小劇場會開演！景區白天要門票，5點半六點後免票

房間環境、衞生差，電梯小的衹能容下兩人，感覺恐懼，服務人員態度差，我離開後才電話説我毛巾弄染色了，要扣20元，十幾年旅遊經歷第一次遇到這樣情況，為什麼退房不檢查？客人都離店了才説有問題，住客根本沒有機會去駁回，：活生生被坑，太坑人了，態度如此之惡劣，性價比又那麼差，以後不能再去住！

評價很高，期待很高，還是有出入，十一出遊工作人員少的可憐，隔音效果不好，走廊聲音聽得一清二楚，房間很小，十一溢價太高，服務設施不成正比，還有那個電梯也是小的可憐，廁所門一打開就能撞到腿，洗個澡出來，門口全部都是水，這麼高的價格，連早餐也沒有。。智能窗簾打開連紗簾一起打開，幸虧對面沒住人，要不然太尷尬了

新開的酒店，在古城入口外的江邊，陽台正對沅江，非常舒服。酒店外就是新建的商業街，酒店就在第3張照片的牌坊旁。

裝修較新、設施齊全，還不錯。所處位置也很棒，逛、吃兩便，樓下的江邊主題排檔很有味道。服務也很熱情，睡覺不吵，附近吃喝比較方便。
