必須給城市便捷洪湖大道店的客房和服務瘋狂點贊！客房細節滿滿，空間佈局合理，床品潔白蓬鬆像雲朵，躺上去瞬間驅散疲憊；衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質在線，還有貼心的化粧棉、棉簽等小物。服務更是沒得説，從前台微笑接待、幫忙提行李，到客房阿姨主動詢問需求、及時補充用品，全程都讓人感覺像回家般温暖。不管是出差還是旅行，這裏都能讓入住體驗感拉滿，以後每次來洪湖都認定這兒了！

房間很大，設施還可以，地理位置稍微離市中心有一點距離，自駕遊比較友好。洪湖的夜景還是很不錯的，離十幾年前來感覺變化很大，魚米之鄉也越來越好了。

人民醫院對面很方便，床很大，洗手間乾濕分離做的不錯，細節很好，有一次性馬桶墊。就隔音差點，晚上有客人在走廊講話大聲房間聽的很清楚。

房間乾淨整潔，空間很大；空調給力，插卡即開瞬間涼爽。淋浴間水壓大，水温穩定，洗浴用品也很好。馬桶還配有一次性馬桶墊用的放心，很注意細節哦！酒店員工很棒，前台實習生熊潤澤服務特別周到熱情，幫忙倒茶還詳細介紹了酒店的優惠活動非常為顧客着想，早餐簡潔但非常可口。隔音也很好，有一側雖靠近馬路一點也不吵，睡得香，不錯的體驗，下次還來這家
