It’s a nice hotel close to the center of town.
When I asked for help choosing a restaurant, however, the staff just said go out and find a restaurant, which is OK, but I just wanted a recommendation.
The room was nice and fairly quiet though one of the air conditioners didn’t work properly. The sofa was a little dirty.

房間真的很棒，暖氣剛剛好，剛到洪湖第一晚住的酒店就很暖氣太足有點太悶了，南方過來出差的，而且在中心商務圈，周圍小吃購物應有盡有，值得推薦！

我最近回老家都是帶家人住這裏，整體感受不錯，性價比超高。分享一下幾個亮點。首先，酒店位置無可挑剔，緊鄰市中心繁華地段，卻又鬧中取靜，隔音落地玻璃不錯
酒店提供免費停車服務。還有立體停車，無需為尋找停車位而煩惱
冬天，空調系統的充足供應讓人感到十分愜意。供暖太足，熱的不行。但對於寒冷的湖北冬天也很不錯。也可以開窗通風。熱水也很足，如果想要温點的水，就得多放一會兒。
此外，酒店還提供免費飲用水服務。這一細節雖小，卻體現了餐廳對顧客體驗的重視。桂花紅茶包也是亮點。
不過有些設施還是舊了。如果能隨意維護保養就更好了，比如瓷磚角落深度清潔、灰塵深度打掃，遙控器使用多做測試。早餐能供應到10:00而不是9:30。

住這麼多酒店，最差的。前台服務超級差，説話語氣也超級不好。且專門定的帶早餐的，開房的時候也不給早餐券，早上去餐廳吃的時候，説必須要早餐券，下去拿又説到時間，沒有了。態度及其不好

當時我們在攜程訂了房子 打電話給前台 前台電話一直未接通 而且當時我們是看前台有人的 所以就很無語 進到房間後房間佈局比較黑暗 有小孩子不建議入住 床單當時還有一點潤潤的不幹 地上有一個煙頭 衞生間洗完澡因為房間是地磚所以洗完澡房間哪哪都是水
