豪華房的房間是真的很大，而且小孩穿襪子在房間跑來跑去，居然都不是很臟，稍微搓搓都能洗掉。當然也會有衞生死角，比如陽台或者被盤子遮住的地方，但是總體來説還是不錯的。房間有冷鮮櫃，放點飲料酸奶剛好，因為人多，沒有安排成臨近的房間，前台胡蝶幫忙把房間都調到了同一層，還是很感謝！晚上的煙花音樂節很不錯，小孩子玩得很開心！

酒店整體風景還不錯，靠湖邊！
吐槽兩點：
1.吹風：太古老了，很難用。硬件這麼好的房間配一個這種吹風，真的很拉垮。
2.早餐：早餐的品種不多，可以吃。但最基本簡單的水煮蛋吃起來真的是要人命了。不知是蛋的品質問題還是新鮮度問題，蛋白是軟綿綿的，蛋黃是腐爛的怪味。那牛奶就是甜奶粉勾兑，還給了居多的水。

已經不是第一次來住酒店，這次體驗感覺明顯標準降低了好多。首先酒店的一次性用品，比一般快捷酒店的都要差，跟酒店檔次太不符了。再就是早餐，作為洪湖的標誌性酒店，早餐品類少，還很敷衍，咖啡也是速溶的，喝的直接是大瓶裝雪碧類，與酒店品牌差距太大。唯一暖心的是酒店手寫卡片，服務上用心了，其他的真的很拉胯。

從未住過如此差的酒店，號稱花了9億建設的洪湖頂級度假酒店，周圍環境一流濕地公園，酒店外環雄偉氣派，可是房間慘無人睹，起初定的套房，衞生間裏全是蟲子的屍體，衞生一塌糊塗，後來換成湖景標間，房間裝修一樣粗製濫造，衞生更是一塌糊塗，最後和衣而睡，想想看，這9億花到哪裡了？

酒店環境很好，前台工作人員胡蝶給我們一家人安排了一間非常安靜的房間，房間很大，乾淨整潔，早餐也很豐富，酒店正對着大湖，太陽落山的時候在湖邊散步吹着涼爽的湖風非常愜意，有機會還會來的，非常滿意
