已經不是第一次來住酒店，這次體驗感覺明顯標準降低了好多。首先酒店的一次性用品，比一般快捷酒店的都要差，跟酒店檔次太不符了。再就是早餐，作為洪湖的標誌性酒店，早餐品類少，還很敷衍，咖啡也是速溶的，喝的直接是大瓶裝雪碧類，與酒店品牌差距太大。唯一暖心的是酒店手寫卡片，服務上用心了，其他的真的很拉胯。

無法形容的差，就是差到了極致，這是酒店嗎，還是垃圾廠，服務員還反過來問我是不是動了床，***噁心，還五星級酒店，連沒星的名宿都比不了。

酒店就在洪湖邊 可以看夕陽 房間陽枱面對酒店內湖 也有一種寧靜的美 。不自駕到的話還是不方便 酒店周圍了無人煙

酒店在洪湖生態景區，鄂旅投旗下的，星級定標還算標準，設施也比較新，適合自駕遊度假者，環境清幽安靜，早餐一般吃飽即可。

旅行來到湖北的洪湖，兒子在釣魚遊戲裏看到了洪湖釣場，於是就帶他們來看看。
酒店位於洪湖邊上，風景秀麗，有地下停車場，設施各方面還不錯，有陽台，微風拂面。酒店的晚餐可以去嚐嚐，蓮藕很好吃。
特別表揚酒店前台的帥哥，好像也姓劉，服務態度好，有求必應，幫忙解決問題！

給你們一分都嫌多！從哪方面都對不起這個價位的房間！首先、我們一家奔赴六百公里來到洪湖當地最具説是最好的酒店、可從門口保安到前台接待完全就是個鄉下外行的水準！連最基本的歡迎致辭都沒有！第一印象大打折扣！2⃣️進入房間除了面積説得過去衞生上令人堪憂……（後面附圖）3⃣️晚餐因為酒店在較偏僻位置、周邊沒有其它商業故選擇在本餐廳用餐！可從下單到我孩吃完了菜品都沒上齊！點的藕湯居然説沒點、而在我們用餐完畢起身要離開時最後一個菜才姍姍來遲、顯然我們是不會接受的！服務員還死活不給退？豈有此理？4⃣️第二天的早餐也是差強人意、菜品種類寥寥無幾……5⃣️在入住期間致電前台、要求增加洗手皂、拖鞋等物品居然連催三次以上總計二十分鐘才極不情願的送來、真是開了眼了……以上種種寫出來是給後面的客户多一個真實的參考、儘量不要再踩坑啦……不吹不黑挑燈疾書分享
