One of the housekeeping staff tried entering the room while i was on the toilet. The housekeeping manager apologized, but i was still angry and rude towards her. I would like to apologize to her. Despite that incident, the hotel is very clean and comfortable. It’s also in a very good location

在一個煙雨濛濛的日子，網上預訂了這家店，在洪湖雖然這是一家品牌知名度一般的酒店，但是進門後感覺眼前一亮，大堂環境很温馨，前台辦理入住速度也非常快，上到樓層房間，房間佈局非常舒適，也乾淨衞生，布草也很柔軟，晚上房間水不夠喝致電前台還能免費送兩瓶水，還是機器人送上樓，窗簾還是智能語音的，因為睡的比較晚，錯過了早餐，聽酒店工作人員説早餐還可以是自助餐，下次入住一定體驗一次，非常棒的一家店！

地理位置還是挺好找的，然後給我們安排的房間也不臨街，我以為蠻安靜可以多睡會兒！但是節假日清明，還是週日de早餐，後院就有人施工噠噠噠！7點就把我吵醒了！！！！啊啊啊啊啊！太離譜了！

第一：出差定的19-21號共兩天房間，19入住後，20號回來正常上樓回房間，發現房卡刷不了，第一次下樓找前台，前台告知説我衹定了一天房。無奈把訂單給她看，説他們搞錯了，接着給我加了一天時間，並且説可以開門了。第二次上樓到房間門口，依舊打不開房門。下樓再次找前台，他們給刷成樓下513房間（大無語，不知道樓下那間房有沒有人，要是真去了那間房打開，裏面有人不得一臉懵逼），又給我重新刷卡613，第三次上樓，才打開房門。
古有大禹三過家門而不入，今有三進逸柏國際酒店（荊州洪湖龍街店）而難入！
第二：酒店使用的2024.4的臨期水。不是説不能喝並且我已經喝了，而是想説作為一個三星酒店，這種細節不是很合適吧

設施：房間該有的都有，但是使用起來就很讓人頭疼了，浴室下水管道有問題，洗個澡（十分鐘不到），在浴室門關好的情況下，水全部漫出浴室外的地板上了，到處都是水很煩人
服務：出門時特意跟前台反映了，前台説會讓師傅去檢修，特意説明如果有問題或者是問題不能及時修好麻煩給我換一個房間！結果晚上回來家人去洗澡，一樣漏水，根本就沒有解決！
説帶了小朋友想加一床被子，第一個晚上前台男士給我報了一床被子來，是乾淨的沒有異味，服務這一欄唯一的一顆星是給他的，第二天找服務員要被子時，要我找領班，領班大姐態度極其不好，找來找去找了一床未套好床單的臟被子（一股濃濃的腳臭味，我非常有理由懷疑這被子是酒店走廊角落換下來的臟被子且未套被套，非常過分了），第三天回到房間，衞生沒有打掃，詢問保潔，説要跟前台説，默認續住的房間酒店不打掃衞生這是什麼邏輯？大幾百的房費是用來給你們偷懶的？還有，兩間房住了三晚，住宿體驗非常的差啊，頭一次給酒店差評啊，這房價比國際大酒店也差不了多少啊，圖個離親戚家近在這連住幾晚，真太讓我失望了！希望酒店管理人員能看到這條評價，非常的差啊！

位置有點偏，周邊吃東西地方少，洗澡要放10來分鐘才有熱水，噴頭漏水孔眼鼓包，水壓太大，一個孔眼跟那洗車水槍樣沖得皮膚刺痛，洗衣房就一台洗衣機，而且烘乾唯一亮點前台人員服務態度可以，免費給升級房間
