酒店非常驚艷，酒店美女管家姚總到洪洞西站接我，這家大窗和街景別緻，房間內用品體現了酒店的風格。賓至如歸，早餐豐富。如果滿分是100，就性價比而言要打到120分咯！

酒店位於縣城裡，離洪洞西站二十分鐘車程，酒店管接管送，服務熱情，早餐種類豐富，孩子喜歡吃，離大槐樹很近 ，開車七八分鐘，離廣勝寺二十五分鐘車程，下次還住這家

房間比較大，住宿挺舒服的，服務員態度也很友善。每天都有歡迎酸奶和小食品，礦泉水也是無限量，還有三種飲料，入住體驗挺好，連吃了兩頓正餐感覺沒的可點，應該再努力改善下，其它方面都很好。

帶着父母出遊，去感受壺口瀑布滂沱、去大槐樹尋根祭祖，酒店離大槐樹景區很近，停車也方便。辦理入住時，前台送了伴手禮，因為房間衹帶兩人早餐，前台又很負責的去溝通贈送。酒店房間温暖、衞生，最滿意的是寒冬裏酒店的熱水，奔波一路後洗個好好的熱水澡，太讚了！

服務質量：從前台辦理入住時，工作人員始終面帶微笑，耐心解答疑問，快速完成手續辦理，還主動介紹周邊景點和美食。入住期間，客房服務響應迅速，每天定時打掃房間，連角落的灰塵都清理得乾乾淨淨。最讓我感動的是，我不小心落下了一個重要文件袋，致電酒店後，工作人員第一時間幫忙找到，並通過快遞及時寄回，服務的細緻與貼心令人稱讚。

臨時改的行程，訂的酒店。從廣勝寺出來已經晚了，就想着在洪洞住一晚，看着這家點評還不錯，就定了。果然，很滿意，正好碰到酒店五週年慶，還有抽獎。辦理入住的時候，大堂有小點心和水果，很貼心的服務。到了房間，就送了入住的水果和酸奶，酒店的服務也很熱情周到，值得推薦的一家酒店。

作為縣城裡的酒店，各方面都算很不錯了，冰箱裏還有免費的啤酒飲料。離大槐樹景區也不遠，位置比較好，停車場免費停車。但是服務的專業性上還是有差距，洗澡的時候發現有兩瓶護髮素、沒有洗髮水，也是無語😅
