傍晚到的，整個酒店房間裝修很老套，看上去很陳舊，房間衞生也一般，特別是門不隔音，走廊一點走動，房間就聽的很清楚，總體服務也沒什麼大的熱情。在酒店點了一個晚餐，量很多，但燒的不好吃，小酥肉硬的咬不動。早餐品種比較豐富。

酒店非常驚艷，酒店美女管家姚總到洪洞西站接我，這家大窗和街景別緻，房間內用品體現了酒店的風格。賓至如歸，早餐豐富。如果滿分是100，就性價比而言要打到120分咯！

房間比較大，住宿挺舒服的，服務員態度也很友善。每天都有歡迎酸奶和小食品，礦泉水也是無限量，還有三種飲料，入住體驗挺好，連吃了兩頓正餐感覺沒的可點，應該再努力改善下，其它方面都很好。

帶着父母出遊，去感受壺口瀑布滂沱、去大槐樹尋根祭祖，酒店離大槐樹景區很近，停車也方便。辦理入住時，前台送了伴手禮，因為房間衹帶兩人早餐，前台又很負責的去溝通贈送。酒店房間温暖、衞生，最滿意的是寒冬裏酒店的熱水，奔波一路後洗個好好的熱水澡，太讚了！

凌晨2點有陌生男子敲女孩房門。酒店的刷房卡電梯就是個擺設，沒有任何安全作用。
酒店方處理問題的方法是用鴕鳥戰術抹稀泥，處理問題態度極差，給臨汾市抹黑，給山西省抹黑。絕對差評。
