設施：房間面積夠大，電視遙控器很不好用，淋浴房門縫隙較大洗澡會漏水到地面？其他還不錯。
環境：位置好交通便利。
服務：必須點贊！服務員非常貼心～把襪子晾曬到朝陽的地方，給我的瓶瓶罐罐墊了毛巾，還寫了留言！

整體入住感覺很不錯，有四星級+的服務感覺，是我住過的四星級酒店中入住體驗感排前面的酒店，不愧是用“家”字當LOGO，前台 餐廳 客服凡事接觸到的各級服務員都很熱情，看得出酒店的管理者是認真做事的。入住期間遇到的自身造成的小問題，餐廳服務主管熱情出來協調安排，讓我體味到了温暖 也給我行了方便，真心感謝😊在酒店吃了三頓飯，都不錯。提個小小建議，春節期間在長三角地區旅遊了八天，不論什麼星級沒有一家還在拍照入住，咱們是不是也能簡化一下呢？以後每年來洪洞就衹住洪洞大酒店了

房間乾淨，床品衞生，設施不錯，特別突出的是不同崗位的工作人員都服務熱情周到。房間放了礦泉水，樓層還有自取礦泉水，很體貼。酒店有很大的停車場，停車方便。

房間整潔，足足給了六瓶飲用水。有水果和小零食提供。臨走還贈了小禮物。前台劉小姐（好像是）哈非常耐心熱情。發票支持電子，還很及時就開出來了。房間忘拍了，來點美食和廣勝寺吧。哈哈哈哈。

酒店整體佈局合理美觀，大堂寬敞明亮，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，給人以舒適的感覺。特別是酒店的前台服務人員服務意識強，特別是前廳的李經理，熱情周到的接待，安排房間，非常感謝🙏酒店的早餐種類也不少，7點到9點的早餐時間，我們近8:45到達餐廳，菜品仍然很豐富👍，出發前還送了我們新年小禮物🎁值得推薦的一家酒店

沒想到在洪洞縣裡居然有這麼好的酒店，硬件，軟件相當於真實四星水平，服務很不錯。早歺按四星配備，含中西歺，不但豐盛味道不錯。本人大年初四訂三人大間，房間很大，價格合理沒有漲價，給人感覺非常好。給洪洞大酒店一個大大的👍
