一次滿意的體驗。因為預訂酒店時，沒有注意到是暗窗。到酒店後，服務人員非常熱情，耐心解釋，幫助在手機上操作，取消原預訂並重新定了滿意的房間。入住兩天真正感受到賓至如歸。經理，前台服務員，衞生員都是熱情相迎，解決遇到的問題。必須要給她們點贊👍。酒店所需設施齊全，衞生間水量足，11月中旬入住屋子很暖和。再來洪洞還會毫不猶豫的選擇這家賓館。

自駕路過洪洞過夜，就近住下了，沒特意找，就找了這家，酒店整體挺滿意的，床和被子都還蠻舒服的，軟硬度剛好，很乾凈，沒有異味，角落也沒看到灰塵。
隔音比預想的好，晚上沒聽到什麼噪音，睡得挺安穩。洗澡水温也穩定。前台小姐姐態度挺親切，辦理入住和退房都很麻利，沒怎麼耽誤時間。
整體就是很樸實的舒適感，沒有花裏胡哨的東西，但剛需都滿足了，性價比挺高的，下次來這邊還會考慮住這兒。

房間乾淨衞生，地理位置很好，前台服務態度很好，熱情而且有耐心
美中不足的是衞生間熱水熱度不夠，簡單洗漱沒問題，洗澡就完全不可能了，窗户不隔音，夜間室外空調機的噪音比較大

淋浴頭出的水壓力太大，打到身上都疼，小孩子都不敢洗，洗手池的水龍頭一打開就噴一身的水，馬桶發黃，前台給孩子送了零食禮包還是挺細心！服務還是挺好的！停車也挺方便！早餐是我這些年吃的最差的，消毒櫃的杯子已經都發黴了，要了一碗湯麪，結果是煮的方便麪！
