很滿意的入住體驗，交通便利，停車場很大，停車方便，對面就是景區，走路三分鐘就到，酒店風格古香古色，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，提供免費行李寄存和叫醒服務，房間設備設施齊全，有服務員親筆寫的温馨提示卡，衞生間乾濕分離，樓層服務員熱情、主動打招呼，很暖心，服務態度很好很用心，期待下次入住！

這是一家非常有特色的酒店，古色古香，房間温馨，工作人員服務真的非常好，態度熱情又周到，衞生也打掃的很乾凈，整體住下來非常舒舒。位置優越，交通便利，停車方便，離大槐樹景區非常近，出入很方便，總體感覺很棒。

步入酒店大門，有家的感覺，很大氣，最能體現洪洞大槐樹代表性酒店，房間非常乾淨，吃飯價格實惠，可在房間點餐，服務員會直接送到房間，離着洪洞大槐樹景區最近，門口停車場隨便停。推薦入住！

首先感謝丁經理（一位黨員**志）
服務：超級好，超級好！！！由於時間來不及就住下了，丁經理幫我和父母挑選了我們中意的房間，細心和耐心的講了吃住行，真是感受到賓至如歸，父母覺得住在這裏真是住在了家裡，這次尋根祭祖很有意義。
其次就是
環境和設施也非常喜歡，厚重的木質傢俱，大方整潔，我們都很喜歡。
餐飲我們是叫到房間裏用餐的，服務人員熱情，點的都是當地的小吃四碗和刀削麪，還有各式各樣的主食（打包帶走🤭）總之吃的也非常舒服
最後還是感謝丁經理👍👍👍
