房間很乾凈，整潔！在零下十幾度的晚上，進入大廳瞬間温暖，前台小妹妹很熱情！送了兩份早餐，很豐盛哦！是寵物友好酒店！

在平遙玩了一圈又來了洪洞，家裡長者想看看大槐樹，寵物友好酒店，前台姐姐服務特別好~不摳門，水隨便喝，還有mini吧，淋浴噴頭沖力特別大，打的皮膚很放鬆，燒水壺的風格也很好看！必須五星⭐！！（就是浴室的密封條做的不好，也沒有浴室門口的墊子，希望可以改進）

帶狗狗回四川途徑臨汾篩選了好久才找到這家寵物友好酒店，酒店緊靠市中心吃喝玩方便，全智能控制很方便，酒店自帶院內停車場，免費停車同時也超級方便，後面的大院遛狗方便，前台和工作人員服務態度非常好，入住和離店都贈送了小禮品！好評！

衞生方面有待提高，習慣性打開房間先看一下床上，一個枕頭上有頭髮，另一張床枕頭下有不知道是煙灰還是什麼東西的臟東西（給前台反應給換了一個枕頭套和一條床單）。床邊的地面上很粘，自己用了好幾張濕巾擦了幾遍。最無法忍受的是衞生間的廁紙，竟然把別人用剩下還剩了一點的也留給我們用，雖然上面放了一卷新的，但真的感覺很不衞生！

酒店整體感覺還不錯，設施很新，衞生情況良好，前天的小姑娘服務態度很好，酒店離大槐樹距離不是很遠，走路有十幾分鍾。

來洪洞看大槐樹尋根，説實話景點太坑，所有的建築都是現代的，就像個小公園，所有的講解都是拼湊的。唯一的慰籍就是住了這家酒店，環境乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，最最意外的是兩個洗手枱，衞生間和淋浴間分別在洗手枱的兩頭，真的是沒得説！會推薦朋友來的。

酒店位置不錯，距離大名鼎鼎的洪洞大槐樹景區衹有幾分鐘的車程。酒店設施很新，老闆娘十分能幹，諸事親力親為。樓上有餐廳，菜品不錯，菜量也大。早餐為中餐，比較可口。衞生間乾濕分離，可惜衞生間門密封不良，服務員忘了放地墊，流了一地的水，後來他們及時清理乾淨了。
