I haven’t been to Hong Kong in five years and I experienced the new hotel in Hong Kong - Meng Zhuon Hotel. The location is excellent, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the subway station opposite. The service staff are all young, fashionable, good-looking, friendly and enthusiastic, making people feel like spring breeze. Due to its excellent location, every hotel room has a sea view room with an excellent view. Looking out is the Victoria Harbor, which makes people feel refreshed. The decoration style of the hotel is simple, fresh and fashionable, and design elements are reflected in all details: the design in the elevator, buttons, lights, graffiti on the guest room aisle, the wine set in the room, the shape of the lamps, as well as the body lotion and toiletry brands It is a very niche MALIN+GOETZ! I was pleasantly surprised, the taste is unique😃😃😃 My bug battery broke, and the hotel promptly brought a charger to charge it. The room was a bit cold, and they also brought a heater promptly. The service was considerate and attentive. On the day I left, I called a reserved taxi and put my luggage in the backup room. It's in the box, and it's thoughtful and careful. The restaurant on the 38th floor is so beautiful, with a better view. The Chinese breakfast ordered is also very delicious and the price is reasonable. I feel that if I come next time, I will consider staying there again. Thanks to Dilys chan, Andrew Cheung, and Doudou in the restaurant for their service! (Sorry for any omissions) The greeting card before leaving was also very beautiful and heart-warming. Service details are reflected in all aspects, both hardware and software make people comfortable and satisfied. I wish business is prosperous! 🥰🥰

First visit and very good experience for the Five star hotel hospitality services , Celine and Lucas both very helpful and professional . Room cleanliness is quite shocking if you accept long hair in bathtub also frayed and stained carpet in room. Is reasonable for the noise facing to road but I encountered many times for some dropping noise along external window. Anyways this hotel is really a five star hotel except the cleanliness and maintenance

Our stay at Renaissance was enjoyable. The service was excellent. The views from our harbor view room was nice. However, the reception counter was very busy since there were many guests and the hotel could have perhaps had more people tending the counters. They were very kind and thorough, nevertheless. The breakfast buffet at cafe renaissance was very good with a wide range of selection and food cooked to order/fresh. The navigator services were excellent in helping get transport to and from the airport as well as other destinations during our stay. We ordered room service one night and the quality of food and service was great, I recommend the fries. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel sent us a complimentary birthday cake which was delicious and thoughtful. Thank you for a great experience.

Great location. Close to all the restaurants and bars, not too loud. There's a construction site next door but I didn't hear anything over the weekend. Room is small but clean and equipped with a small tv and large desk. Good spot if you just want to come for a weekend and go out for dinner and drinks with friends. Only downside is that there's no gym of any sort and lugging luggage up wellington street from the mtr is a bit of a pain. The better option would probably to take the escalators from central.

I have booked a harbour view room. The reason was to take excellent sea and high level view at still affordable middle range prices, while also be at walk distances to some businesses places at a hurry beforehand to get used for excellent public transport system. I was strictly disappointed when I had firstly been directed to a room at 21f with small little corner window and overall not as advertised by picture from room size and its geometry. I even hardly understand where the sea/harbour is, since you see nothing that buildings. It might be ok for other purposes but not to take real inspiration and feelings. After my conversation with a service, they kindly change the room with ‘upgrades’ from 21 to 29 f but saying that I would rather contact them beforehand of needs of last floor / highest floor. That was the same room as displayed, so I feel happy. It matches the point. If you would like to take a look at night bars at LKF as well, it is also very good still calm area, but in 10 min walks to the party centres. So please be in contact with hotel beforehand making a un refundable pay, if the harbour view and a higher floor is a must feature.

A nice stay for Christmas in Hong Kong. I was upgraded to a bigger room when I was unhappy with the worn look of the walls in my first room. Comfy beds. Older rooms. Renovated bathroom. AMAZING SHOWER☺️. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They really go above and beyond to help you when you are in need. (It's a long story)A special thank you to Suenn🥰 Also, there's a superb restaurant next to the 7-11 two minute walk from hotel. We ate there twice during our two day stay-Charon. My wife and I really loved the stay at EATON, the location was really convenient, so many transit options and good access on foot to the neighbourhood around Mongkok and Temple st. The room was really cosy and everything was well thought out. Loved the atmosphere of the food hall too, it is a bonus to have such great quality of food stalls right at the hotel before heading out to explore in the afternoon. Definitely make the effort to take the star ferry to enjoy the harbour views too. Highly recommend the Eaton and will definitely return next time heading back into HK. Thank you to all the staff for such great hospitality.

The service attitude of the staff has improved a lot compared to when we first checked in. They have become friendly and helpful. Many Hong Kong residents are unethical and never clean up their personal garbage and food waste after using the public kitchen. Instead, the next user has to clean it up for them. first off, it's an aparthotel with generous room size, the building is well maintained and private, you can't get any more comfortable than this compare to all the accommodations available at the similar price range. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

Hotel is very convenient to MTR, bus to airport, restaurants all around the area and malls for shopping. I would like to specially mention their staff’s honesty. I left my phone in the drawer of my room. When I called the owner of the guest house, they immediately told me that they found my phone in the room drawer and ask for my identification to verify if I was the one who occupied the room after verification I told them they my relative in HK will get the phone on my behalf. The next day my relative told me he got the phone already. Thank you.

The twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed,you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door.There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower.The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants,banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.

The room is consistent with the promotional picture, the environment is very quiet, and you will not be disturbed when sleeping at night. The room price is not expensive, the overall hygiene and facilities match the price, and the location is excellent. The subway station downstairs is very close to walking distance. The boss is an old woman and a grandfather, and they are very friendly. When I got sunburned on the first day, my grandmother lent me her aloe vera gel to use. When we left, we were going to China Harbor City Pier. The old lady not only showed us the shortcut, but also kindly saw us off for most of the journey. I was really grateful and touched. I wish the grandma and grandpa good health, happiness like the East China Sea, and longevity as long as the Southern Mountains.
