Nice location and well connected to the city center, only 20-25 Min to the city center. The hotel has lots of services, located in a quiet area and rooms are small but comfy. Eccellent stay

This place located quite far from city center and a local residential area called Aberdeen. Nearest MTR is not within walking distance but there are many City Bus available direct to City Center like Central, Mongkok etc. Best part is with reasonable or same price u can get a super spacious room in HK which is unlikely to get it in town area unless u willing to pay at least 50% more in City Center. We noticed there were no room cleaning or refill of amenities some of the day, when we told the receptionist, they informed room cleaning is 2 days once based on which level but we can request additional amenities from front desk. I think this place is belongs to a Catholic Society named Caritas as we noticed there were school, church, nursing room under the same Caritas Group.

Excellent service from the front desk, who have upgraded my room for my 1 night stay. The room was big by Hong Kong standards, comes with a bathtub and a view of the city and sea. It is walking distance to MTR. I wanted to be near the nature and right next to it, there is aberdeen park. I will definitely come back to stay again.

Arca hotel is one of the best that I’ve stayed in Hong Kong. The interior is nicely designed, simple and classy. Toiletries are complete, everything is very clean and tidy. Kudos to room service team, love how much attention to details in tidying the room every day. 5mins walk away from Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, brings you to central/causeway bay in about 20mins via subway. I’ve got a free upgrade to a sea view room, so lovely of the concierge lady during check in. Thank you so much!

The hotel is 6mins away from mtr station, the room is clean and has all necessities, the reception is friendly, nice view outside the room on high floor, breakfast was normal

It is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong I have visited. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Everything is down to the details. The room is big with a huge bathtub. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was great. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Bluejay Residences was very wonderful. It provided us a glimpse of Ap Lei Chau, in the southern tip of Hong Kong. Very accessible and nearby the bustling city of Hong Kong. - Lenar Mitchell

It's my 2nd time to stay in this hotel because I was satisfied during my first stay but this time I'm very disappointed because they already pulled out all there towels as they have an advocacy for the environment. They only now provide disposable towels which is so thin and very inconvenient if you have long hair and no toothbrush and toothpaste. And when you check out and you have to temporary leave your luggage coz ur flight is in the afternoon or in the evening they will charge you per hour. That's how they accommodate thr guest after. Disappointing. I'm not staying here again. I will stay back in charter house causeway bay.

Great Hotel. Its our third stay at Regal while attending a conference and we are very pleased with the experience. Front Desk Manager Francis went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We are very grateful for his wonderful presence. The bed could do with a little upgrading. The mattress was a tad too hard while the pillow was too soft that we needed two for our heads to feel comfortable. But overall, we are happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

Celebrated my boyfriend's birthday at the Fullerton Ocean Park and it was such an amazing experience. They've provided us with a small cake and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.
