The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. Unfortunately, I always seem to get insect bites whenever I stay at this hotel, and this visit was no exception. The newer hotel tower offers genuinely beautiful and pleasant views. Check-out is half an hour earlier than standard. Citing their policy of not providing single-use plastic-packaged amenities, they don't offer a shower cap or toothbrush (though slippers are available). Bottled water also isn't provided and must be purchased. Overall, I'd say just try to enjoy your stay and don't pay too much attention to the staff's attitude. Given the value for money, it's still somewhat worthwhile!

Exceeded All Expectations - A Flawless Hotel Experience We just concluded a perfect stay and couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the lovely fragrance throughout the hotel—a small detail that makes a big difference. Our room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong, and most importantly, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious every morning. A real highlight was the swimming pool; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. To top it all off, the staff kindly accommodated us with a late checkout, which made our departure day so much more relaxed. We cannot fault a single thing and will definitely be returning!

My child attended a concert at Kai Tak Sports Park, so we opted for the Dorsett Kai Tak, as it's the closest hotel to the venue. The room wasn't particularly large, but it was spotlessly clean. There's a dedicated access door on the second floor, right by the restaurant, which directly connects the hotel to the sports park – this was incredibly convenient. However, the access door closed a bit early, especially considering concerts usually finish and disperse around 10 PM. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the Airside mall. From the mall, you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment, and conveniently, the Kai Tak MTR station is located directly below it, making transportation quite easy. Honestly, the breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was quite mediocre. Should we return for another concert, I hope to see an improvement in this area.

ICLUB was such a wonderful surprise for budget accommodation in HK. Location is super convenient and the hotel itself boasts excellent service comfortable and functional rooms and a 2nd floor smoke free complementary coffee and snack bar that's a wonderful place to start and finish your day. Everything was beyond expectation. Will book again next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Having enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen two days prior to my arrival in Hong Kong, I naturally gravitated towards a Shangri-La property, choosing the Kerry Hotel. The hotel boasts a grand lobby, and for enhanced security, access to guest floors requires a key card. The cleanliness throughout was also exceptional. I booked a double sea-view room, and its floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct, panoramic views of the entire Victoria Harbour. Just below the hotel is a beautiful waterfront promenade, perfect for a leisurely stroll to the Avenue of Stars and K11, both within a mere 2-kilometer walk. The lobby service was superb, completely shattering the stereotype of cold, impersonal service often associated with Hong Kong hotels. Restaurants are conveniently located just off the lobby corridor, with prices comparable to external establishments, not inflated. Unfortunately, I had only booked for one night and was unable to extend my stay as there were no rooms available. The next day, I moved to a nearby Bay Apartment Hotel, which simply couldn't compare to the Kerry. That hotel only changed its bedsheets every three days – absolutely disgusting! And its room rate was only HKD 300 less than the Kerry. Seriously, avoid that place!

Upgraded to a larger room and it’s very spacious. The room is clean, bed is soft and comfortable. Price is very affordable. $500 HKD deposit is required. It’s quite near to the newly opened Kai Tak Sports Ground, definitely consider it if ur attending one of the events there!

The room was good enough to stay for a night for one person. If two people stay in the room, it might feel little tight, but good enough for this price in Hong Kong. But unfortunately the sound proof system is poor, you can hear the cars going around outside the window :(

We had a quad suite. It’s great to have a washing machine and a pantry, quite well equipped. If water bottles were provided, will be much better as no bottled water is supplied. Room settings were nice and comfy. Bathtub was a bit dated though. Yet, clean and neat. Swimming pool was gorgeous, big and spacious. Pool facilities were great. Hotel personnel were all helpful and enthusiastic Will use this hotel again next time

conveniently located about 5 mins walk to Ho Man Tin MTR. there are a number of nice food and cafes within walking distance. despite the hotel is surrounded with memorial services shops but it doesnt really bother me. hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. room is small but furnished with necessary amenities (disposable towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shower gel, shampoo, mini fridge, hair dryer and safe) so wouldnt advise to stay here if you have big luggages. a lil disappointed that they dont provide iron but it’s okay :)
