Hong Kong Tsuen Wan District Hotels

Absolutely fantastic. A surprise upgrade got us so addicted that we have to book that huge room again. Was it a marketing strategy? But it worked. We loved the view, by day and by night. The room was like 1000sqft with washing machine, dishes etc. Extra toilet was nice. Didn't use the oven but was a nice touch. The cleaning lady was alway ready to assist. This is by far my favourite hotel in HK now. The breakfast was....omg exceeded my expectation....was a little crowded but still, the staff was helpful, polite and professional.

Just a few steps away from the MTR station, this hotel offers great convenience for exploring the city. The complimentary shuttle service is a nice bonus — a great way to save some money on transportation! The breakfast buffet is decent, though it would be even better if they added more variety each day. One big plus is that shops and restaurants are located right within the hotel building, making dining and shopping super easy. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Hong Kong for both friends and families looking for comfort and convenience.

A practical and efficient choice for business travelers cause the hotel is located in the industrial area. Its major advantage is the convenient 20-minute walk to Kwai Hing MTR station, perfect for travelers with light luggage. Service is standard —nothing exceptional. The room where i stayed was compact and clean.

Check-in was efficient. Ms. Katherine Lai was very professional and helpful. My room was upgraded to one with greenery view, which was nice. The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. Normally, room size is small in Hong Kong hotels for this category. Dorsett Tsuen Wan stands out and is really good as compared to other hotels I have stayed in Tsuen Wan. Excellent value. Washroom is also spacious. There is a small gym, which again is a plus for this category of hotels. The location is not as convenient as other hotels in the center of cities. However, Dorsett provides a free shuttle bus to a nearby shopping mall, Metroplaza, where yiu can take the subway MTR. Also, another shopping center is with 6 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Housekeeping is good, vacuuming the carpet in the room every day. Finally, bus A41P will take you from Hong Kong International Airport to a stop (”kin Tsuen” street), a 4-5 minutes walk from hotel. Then, at the same bus stop, talk A32 bus to airport, costs HK$19.80. The staffs at concierge are also very helpful in directions and bus selection. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. I will stay there again and highly recommend it.

I've stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are cozy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. There were no unpleasant odors in the bathroom. The service is absolutely impeccable; the front desk lady was warm and attentive. All in all, it's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Here's what I always say: every time I stay at the Royal View, there's always a pleasant surprise! It has become my top choice whenever I visit Hong Kong. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station... the service is frequent and very convenient... and it's not too far from Disneyland either. Service: The front desk staff, shuttle bus drivers, and doormen are all very nice. Facilities: They have small toys that kids love, and the rooms are relatively spacious. Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy. Environment: It's by the sea, with ocean views, very relaxing!

The room was incredibly spacious, with multiple beds, and the surrounding area was also very pleasant. The only downsides were its somewhat remote location and the lack of breakfast.

The Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is an absolute gem! The rooms are exceptionally spacious for Hong Kong, with soft and comfortable bedding. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning sea views, and you can even see the Tsing Ma Bridge lit up at night. The staff provides incredibly thoughtful service; they patiently answered all our questions and even proactively upgraded our room, which really enhanced our experience. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a private beach, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The free WiFi signal is also super stable. Although it's a bit far from the city center, there's a shuttle bus directly to Tsuen Wan Station, and it's also very convenient to get to Disneyland. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely a top choice for family trips!

The location is just okay since it located near some kind of industrial area. There are many trucks and litter around the area of the hotel. But it is quite all right because the hotel is located near the Kwai Hing MTR station. There are also no nearby convenience stores. The room is clean but space is quite tight. There is no space for a cabinet or wardrobe inside the room. The main drawback is the temperature of the room - it was hot during our entire stay. The temperature could not be adjusted so they just proved us with an electric fan but this was not enough. Shampoo and body wash as well as toothbrushes are provided. There are light snacks available at the lobby during the morning. Our room had amazing views of the city. Overall, our stay was good but I cannot recommend it for everyone.

I booked the dinosaur themed room and the reaction of my daughters was fantastic when I asked them to go into the room first. Their screams of delight and surprise were priceless. The hotel is on the the top floor of an ark shaped building and in an interesting and scenic location on Ma Wan island - it makes a good picture from the outside. I read somewhere that this Ark was built to the dimensions of Noah’s Ark described in the Bible, which is pretty fascinating. I like the ethos of the hotel which emphasises looking after our environment (we only have one Earth) and respecting nature and one another. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. It has two showers and two toilets which is very unusual for any hotel room, but very convenient when all trying to get ready at the same time. I recommend this for a family stay.
