Service is great. Ladies at front desk are awesome. Bring your universal plug. Charging port is at the foyer by check in. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Slippers provided. Towels provided. unlimited Coffee at 3rd floor by check in ... suitcase storage available. Room service ladies are also 👍 good. Ask for a room away from the elevator, the elevator can be noisy at night. I enjoyed my stay here. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were super helpful and responsive. They even upgraded us to a suite for free! Location is also convenient - footbridge to Fortress hill MTR station and airport bus route available within walking distance.

Transportation was extremely convenient. The room was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. I had a bit of trouble with the key card, and a kind staff member from the concierge desk personally came to my room door to show me how. Housekeeping also promptly cleared the trash as I requested, and thoughtfully pushed the two mattresses together to arrange the bedding, which made my child feel much more secure sleeping. The views were incredible!

I took the children back to Hong Kong to visit relatives during the summer vacation and stayed in the Prince's Apartment for a month. I felt very satisfied. The location is super convenient, near the subway station and the bus station, the access is completely not worried; nearby restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls are available, and it is convenient to buy food every day. The room was big enough and clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous and willing to assist. Overall, it is highly recommended!

The check in was fast and effortless. Check out the same! Rooms are small, but clean and enough space if you are on a trip planning to see everything you possibly can and not spend a lot of time in the room itself. The street above you can get the city bus and the tram, 200m further you have the subway, taxi stands on every other corner, transport was really easy to get to. Breakfast spots and coffee shops just 2-3 blocks away. Overall a great location. No photos of the room, but this is the view from the afternoon drinks area

In the photos, the room seems to be decent size but when checked in it was very small. I had to shove my standard 23kg suitcase near the bed. I don't think it is the problem of the hotel, I should have been more careful especially when reading the sizes of the room. Otherwise good location, very near to the MTR station. One can go for a run along the shore from North Point to Central and in the other direction as well. Nice small restaurants within the walking distance. Very Famous YUM SHA place in the Shum Shui Po.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the Causeway Bay shopping area and offers multiple public transportation options, including trams, buses, and trains. However, we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet, as there were not many options available. On a positive note, I loved the filtered water machine in our room, which helps reduce the use of plastic bottles. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Hong Kong.
