Celebrating birthday by booking the package with breakfast and dinner buffet at a valuable price. the hotel gave us complimentary cake when we checked in. Used the swimming pool and gym room, which were nice with towels provided. Buffet had a lot of seafood selections.

The overall experience in this hotel was very good especially it is connected to mtr station within the shopping mall without expose to outdoor connection. Free from worries of any rainy day or typhoon. The environment is luxury and feel so good to stay. Will stay here again in the next trip.

Hotel is opposite 海员之家 you can see many handsome hot guys through your windows Breakfast is the hk restaurant, but the service there is like, when you present voucher they told you, oh you are alone, why you use 2 vouchers, because I paid for it@@, and they will inform you, breakfast closed already, we are preparing lunch, blablabla, hotel is perfect, they can give you iron and room heater if you feel cold, cleaning everyday, but watch out, the door closing sound is too loud, you may not sleep really well , cause you will hear someone open and close door and u may get shocked

The building is quite safe, there is a security guard at the entrance, there is a password lock at the door of the hotel, and there is another password lock in the room, which is very safe. The neighbors up and down the stairs of the hotel are all local residents, not a mixed place. But it is too small for two people to live in, the bed is very crowded, and it is difficult to turn around in the bathroom. I think the sanitary environment is OK, and the air conditioning is very powerful. The whole check-in process is self-service. I have been here for four days and have not seen any service staff. I have been in touch online. This is very friendly to people.

The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

As a usual at the Hotel Icon, this was by far the most satisfied we are with their service. Although the birthday cake surprise was ruined by the staff and the cake was found to be leaning (to be fair, no one checked on the condition of the cake during checkin), the amazing staff named Jonathan Yuen quickly made up for it. He made it his priority to help us find out what caused the cake incident and helped make our stay more enjoyable by providing us with various benefits. The cake and card placed in our room prior to checkout was also an amazing surprise!
