Hi,
It was mentioned in app to pay just HKD11.50, he charged me HKD 17.00.
Attitude of the Manager was very rude, no welcoming nothing, morning shouting to vacate bed at 9a.m, he came and saw was dressing up 5 minutes here and there accpeted, I dont know what was rushing him to not o be patience for 5-10 minutes.
Poor service, asking why u book so cheap, I said I paid app price nothing to do with you and he was not happy, I think he was trying to squeeze more money from foreigners and cant do same now as we do booking with app.
No hot water, no A/c and even luggage place to be kept was not enough
Dont stay there ever would be my recommendation.

The location is very good, just a few minutes away from subway.
The hotel & the room are both very clean.
The service level from the hotel staff are super good.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The manager was super nice, I didn't had enough HKD so he accepted my Euros for the cleaning fees. I didn't had cash for the deposit so he just kep my passport. And he gave me an upgrade on the room for free.
The place is simple but very decent. It's conveniently located in Chungking Mansion in Tsim Sha Tsui, perfect for a short layover in HK.
Super nice people and I had a good night so I could catch my flight the next day. I recommend this place.

Avoid this at all costs. The place is infested with cockroaches, bedbugs and rats. Never in my life have I seen such a big concentration of cockroaches (There were, at least, 40, not counting the small ones). The entire place smells like sewer and on top of that, the receptionist behaves like an imbecile.

Trip should ban this guesthouse,check in 7pm,checkout 9am.have to pay extra money to checking and checkout..no hot water for showering.
Luggage storage also chargeable.

When we first arrived, we couldn’t really find the building. There are a lot of sketchy figures outside the guesthouse that try to sell you things (lapdances etc). The apartment building is rundown and very dirty. There is a lot of mold and leakages and puke everywhere.
When we arrived in the guesthouse the owner was very unfriendly. He first gave us a room of 4 m2 which only had a small bunkbed. This was not according to the room discription, which said 6m2!! He told us if we payed him 200 more he would upgrade us to a better room. Then we got the 6m2 room from the picture. The beds were really hard, the room smelled like mold and there was constantly a puddle of water on the floor. Also the room wasnt very clean (hairs from previous guests, cockroaches etc). Worst thing of all was the AC not working. I couldn’t sleep two of the three nights i stayed there because the room felt like 30+ degrees.
I’ve been to 50 countries and stayed at very bad places, but none of them ever charged me 30€ a night…
NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.
