My stay at the Regala Skycity Hotel was excellent, absolutely deserving of a five-star rating! The hotel's location is superb, being close to the airport, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and bright, very modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for complete relaxation. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. As expected from a brand under the Regal Hotels Group, both the facilities and service quality are of an exceptionally high standard. Highly recommended, I will definitely visit again!

Close to the airport, making it very convenient for flights. You can take the shuttle, walk, or go one subway stop to connect. No need to rush for your flight. The room wasn't very big, not as spacious as rooms in China.

Like most hotels in Hong Kong, the standard rooms (e.g., garden view rooms) are on the smaller side. If you're traveling with a large suitcase, 28 inches or more, you might find it difficult to fully open it flat (I recommend bringing a 'fat' suitcase or one that opens from the front). Additionally, the bathroom and bedroom partitions are quite compact, and the soundproofing in some room types is only average.

This hotel is super convenient! You can walk directly from the airport, take the free airport shuttle, or even the MTR to AsiaWorld-Expo station and walk from there – all very easy. Although the rooms are small, they are very clean, and the service is warm and friendly. The only downside is that they don't provide bottled water. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, though I'm a bit sad I left my newly bought adapter at the hotel.

The room was damp and I couldn't open the window. I stayed for 2 nights and got bitten by bed bugs, dozens of bites. Next time I'll book a more expensive hotel, I'm never staying here again. The room was also tiny.
