Hotel is well decorated, sleek and modern. The room, albeit being small, was comfortable and well equipped with the essentials (except toothbrushes - you'll have to bring your own). Eateries, cafes and MTR were all within walking distance.

This is a brand new hotel styled in Japanese concept. Location is not bad but a 10 mins walk to Wanchai MRT. Note that the room is a bit small.

We had a wonderful stay at AKI Hong Kong! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were exceptional, special shoutout to Filbert and Wilson at reception, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary special.
We were delighted with the room upgrade and being chosen as Guests of the Day. Truly thoughtful service and a memorable experience. Thank you AKI team!

房間很小，箱子需要放在床下才不阻礙通行。酒店設施還是比較新的，花灑水大好評。城景房景觀一般。牙刷用具10元一套（一套含兩人行用品）。送的水是玻璃瓶蓋比較難打開（建議配傳統啟瓶器）。服務員有禮貌打掃也很乾凈

在一個工作日幫我免費升級為榻榻米房間，服務不錯。但是不得不説我定房時第二天漲價到1500+的普通房，我認為1500-2000是榻榻米房能匹配的價位。
地址不錯，去哪裡都比較方便，叫車也有地方停。
衞生：一般般，榻榻米對打理要求超高，羅馬窗簾也有一些污漬，主要是床上有一些黑點（應該是洗衣機內帶出的）
環境：設計不錯，但是榻榻米房竟然沒有一個座位，如果坐在榻榻米上就是很矮，沒有椅子+桌子，化粧衹能站着。這對膝蓋或者關節不太友好，能夠體諒榻榻米房間是一種特色，但至少提供一點矮凳之類的
服務：不錯，畢竟免費給我升級了
設施：不得不説這個自動窗簾，晚上竟然被別人半夜關簾子的聲音吵醒，能夠聽的很清楚，隔音效果很一般

超預期了。香港酒店面積本來就小，這家聰明地用榻榻米形式合理利用面積。
設施都很新，還有TOTO的馬桶、hansgrohe的衞浴，這個價格很良心了。
酒店早飯按照點單+自助並分段制，有序。
下次還會住。

酒店位於灣仔這塊地方，周邊還是挺方便的，有吃有玩有商場，酒店大堂在三樓，二樓是餐廳，裝修風格簡潔明快，沒有帶早餐，房間稍微有些小，而且好多東西例如洗漱用品也沒有配備（法律規定，沒轍）有配備轉換插頭，總體來説還行
