The stay was going ok until the last night when the air conditioning was turned off. My room was very small (like most HK hotel rooms) and the window was sealed so it was hard for moisture to leave after I showered. The staff did supply me with a fan.

So poor services, over the check in time 15 min also couldn't offer room. also a long queue to wait because times up to check in.
Only one receptionist to handle the check in customers. It's unbelievable and delayed our valuable time.
Also the coutesy of the receptionist is not good when under pressure
The air-conditioning temperature is not cool, but the blanket is so tight. It made me veryhot and uncomfortable.
Time was up to check out, the phone calls and staff knocked the doors to remind to leave. But why the check in time was always delayed .
It gave us a bad feeling and unfair trade.

The room was nice and clean...just the location is a bit far from the mtr..But over all it was a nice place.

Enough supplies of necessary things..
Receiption services are highly appreciated.
The check in time delay 15min , not on time.
But the check out time is on time to warn me.
Also, the room cleaners pushed me very tight.
When the times up, she knocked my doors once again and again. Also the calls ring up after fifteen minutes then. They gave me so many pressure, Even I told her that fifteen minutes more.
The air conditioning temperature is not cool enough.
It's made me unhappy feelings. Don't want to come again.

The whole room 1802 feels humid. The staff member looks tired and impatient as she has a black face with no smile. Housekeeping staff member knocked my door loudly when it is 12pm sharp to shout at me and tell me to check out immediately.
I will definitely not live here again.

The size of the room is small and good for 1 person. Iduring my stay the air-conditioning is broken and my room is so hot for 3 days. They try to transfer me to a different room but same situation. So they end up providing me a small fan since all rooms has problems of air-conditioning. And on my last night the power of the entire building shuts down and all the guest went down to complain. all of us waiting in the small lobby reception and the power was restored after 2 hours..

In General, very convenient,had View of the city, from 20th floor, walking distance to Victoria harbour (did have night walk at night), close to the bus station going to airport, to mrt and many food stalls everywhere.
