Nice stay here. Very convinience. Simple and affordable. My mandatory requirements is cleanliness which is good. Bed is small for 2 adults.

Very clean and comfortable.
Easy transportation for MTR, tunnel bus,
So many Shopping centres and food centers
All things are supplied in the room, but only a little bit in the bottles, not enough.
Times up must be left and opened the door by the cleaner is not a good service manner.
Check in time delayed and receptionist manner are so bad.

I stayed here for 5 nights. When I checked in, I had to pay a 500 HKD deposit. Understandable. Is it only applicable to foreigners, or for locals and Chinese too? I didn't see them pay for a deposit.
The hotel is very loud 24hours a day... I can even hear my neighbour room coughing at night 😭😭😭 must bring earplugs. It's far away from the subway station; it took me a 10-15 minute walk. Taxis can't stop at the hotel. It's near Pacific Hotel.
The local receptionists are rude 😂. Only the foreign woman was very sweet and lovely Lorraine I think her name, which made me feel okay and safe. I hope she's regularly there 😂. A little kindness every day can make people feel okay. I just asked for to local receptionist for the directions; she didn't even help me, just said: "use a taxi" 😂 ***. For 500 HKD per night? Thanks, but I'll pass 😂.

Not any offered again which requested at night time

The AC was to noisy and the shower drainage was quite blocks you need to wait for 10mins to drain the water while taking a shower.

Can’t beat the location for a weekend trip to WAN Chai. Not a super comfort hotel but a safe spot with good AC to rest your head. Pics are around HK and our junk boat cruise, which was awesome.
